Perfect house, high quality, perfect quiet area, beautiful surroundings. Very nice pool, close to a town for groceries. And I would highly recommend to book the cook!

11/10, would more than recommend if you have a car. Francesco is an amazing host and the pictures do this Beautiful place not justice, it looks even better in real life. We definetly want to return.

Very good place we were rarely there but its beautiful peaceful place, highly recommended the Hosts were amazing and very helpful and the place was Great and exceptionally clean they left us snacks and breakfast which was amazing, overall Highly recommended.

SPARisio was our base for our exploring holiday and it was perfect. It's secluded, but easy to find. Sasso Marconi is 15 mins away with many restaurants, shops, and a larger supermarket if the Coop in Vado is closed. Silvana and Alberto were very friendly and accommodating hosts, with plenty of recommendations. They live in the house in between the 2 Airbnb’s, so are always around if needed. The property itself is beautiful; amazing views and well equipped with everything you could need, from the pool and sports equipment to the cooking utensils and sunbed towels. There is a washing machine, but this is shared with the other Airbnb on the estate, and the hosts, which is worth bearing in mind. The pool area is lovely with loads of inflatables and volley balls, sunbeds, sofas and shade. There is no dishwasher, and I couldn’t find washing-up gloves in the supermarkets, so come prepared if you have gel nails! Overall, this is a great property, in a stunning location. Highly recommend.

Lara is a friendly and helpful hostess. We felt very comfortable with her. The apartment is on the lower floor, but nice and cool. The surrounding area and the space around the house are fantastic. Especially the large pool with the loungers under the trees. The sunsets while dining right by the pool will remain unforgettable to us. Fireflies can also be seen. The place is rather expensive, but superbly located. Also ideally suited for excursions. We will be happy to come back!

This was a very easy place to stay for a big family or more friends. Nice rooms with private bathrooms in each of the rooms each of the rooms All the rooms also have their own code lock. Two floors. Large and nice kitchen. Linda had put out some snacks, water, and coffee pods for us, which made us feel very welcome. Very easy to use the house, easy check-in with code locks and good communication with the host. The table tennis table outside was extensively used. Could usefully have had a few more outdoor seating options. Free parking in the street just outside the house. About 15 min away from Bologna city centre (about 20 euros for taxi).

Spacious, great location and extremely convenient to the train station. This space worked perfectly for our 3 couple travels. Our host was extremely accommodating and allowed for luggage storage and bathroom use after checkout, which meant we could enjoy our day before departing from the train station.

We had a great stay! Check-in and out with a lockbox was really convenient. Super walkable to everything in center city. And the home is just very cute and well decorated :) the only thing to mention is I would be wary of counting on the WiFi. It’s just a mobile hotspot and it was pretty spotty. Nicolò was responsive and brought us another one to try but it wasn’t much better. I had to tether to my phone to do Zoom calls for work.

We arrived late at night, they welcomed us very well, very kind, always available. The studio was perfect for us, with a very small bomb and a dog, we had all the necessary spaces. The wonderful garden that surrounds the house, ideal for the dog, the studio well furnished and very very clean! If we go back to Bologna, we will definitely come back here!

So if you are traveling with a car is very nice and good location 15 min to Bologna about 1 hour from Verona so you can also visit other cities and very nice people and very comfortably pleased me very much

We had a wonderful three day stay at Andrea's place. We got off quite a bit. We also liked that the airbnb is just outside the ring, nice and quiet, a little in the greenery. On foot you are quickly in the city. The apartment is very clean, everything present. Good base to discover Bologna.

The house is beautiful and clean. Extraordinary, friendly, and hospitable neighbors. Ciccio, our dog, found a new 4-legged friend Jack (The real owner of the house) who took 🤭care of him, introducing him to all the inhabitants of the area and scolding us when we left Ciccio at home alone. Strategic location to move around and avoid traffic. Quiet and quiet environment

A superb peaceful and pleasant house in a very nice place. We were on a business trip to the Fiera which is a little distant, but what a pleasure to be able to rest in the evening in this place and during the day for those who wanted to enjoy.

Large and perfectly maintained apartment. Comfortable beds, including the sofa bed. Ilaria was very kind, answering a million questions and giving us maximum flexibility both on arrival and departure. Too bad about the noise of the planes, we would all have known about caps 😂

First time at this tiny house in the heart of Bologna. Excellent location, in a very quiet condominium. We enjoyed Simone's kindness and hospitality. Cozy environment and equipped with all comforts. Highly recommended , we'll definitely be back.
