Wine getaway in Bordeaux

We sought by renovating this building to marry the old and the modern and to give this cottage a year 1900 spirit when it was built. All the household appliances are new. The accommodation is bold with stone construction, cool in summer and several shaded areas in the park allow you to rest. You have access to the whole vacation rental and the park. (The entire cottage and park is private), there is only the pool that is available only occasionally depending on the period and occupancy of it. (contact us as soon as you book to ensure available pool slots). We are close to the cottage, so we can inform you throughout the stay. Give you some good tips or learn about places to visit in the area. Located only 35 minutes from Bordeaux, between Saint-Émilion and Blaye, the cottage enjoys a quiet and wooded environment, conducive to relaxation. Several hiking trails pass a few hundred yards away. You are 1 km from Gauriaguet train station which serves the city of Bordeaux (30 min) and St André de Cubzac (10 min). Depending on the dates of booking of your stay, you can enjoy our heated swimming pool or the activities offered there. (Aquagym, Aquabike).

Charming Cottage in peaceful country setting

Le Cottage is an ideal retreat. On arriving a tree lined private drive greets you to the property. This calm and tranquil cottage is surrounded by vines, greenery and a private woodland allowing you to relax and enjoy your stay. This peaceful home can offer you nice walks and enjoyable evenings “en famille” or “entre amis” in the spacious garden or cosy terrace. Situated between the Bordeaux wine capital and the Dordogne valley and a short drive to St Emilion. Only 5 mins from local amenities.

Maison rénovée située au cœur des vignobles Bordelais, à 35 minutes de Bordeaux, 15 minutes de Libourne, 20 minutes de Saint Emilion, 40 minutes de la Citadelle de Blaye et environ 1h20 des plages (Dune du Pilat, Arcachon). Capacité de couchage de 4 personnes, séjour avec cuisine équipée, chambre avec lit double et coin bureau. Salle d'eau attenante à la chambre. WC séparés. La maison bénéficie d'une grande terrasse aménagée avec plancha pour profiter des belles soirées. Gare à 15 minutes.

8 minutes from the ocean, the "Ola Lodge" is a wooden cabin ideal for 2, which will delight travelers looking to disconnect, nature walks on foot or by bike (direct track to the ocean accessible in 2 min). It has all modern comforts with its separate bedroom and kitchen open to the living room. The cabin is an outbuilding of my house, I share my garden with you in a friendly manner. With a living area of 40 m2 with its furnished terrace of equivalent area, it has Wi-Fi and its air conditioning will refresh you when necessary. Local shops (grocery store, bakery, pharmacy, bar, tobacco, newsstand...) are within walking distance, about 200 m. Space available to park your vehicle in front of the accommodation.

Come and relax in this beautiful cocoon of 40 m² all comfort (1 bedroom, 4 beds) with large wooden terrace on stilts of 13 m² and a beautiful functional stove. The cottage was rated 2 stars in 2023.
