Stone house in the most trendy place in Bordeaux

Our home is in an exceptional location right on Place des Chartrons, famous for its authentic village life in the heart of the city. The whole house will be yours to enjoy! Wake up in the morning with the natural light coming true the windows ! Fully renovated in 2014, our duplex home is tastefully decorated with a mix of antiques and flea market finds, giving it a chic but relaxed and welcoming atmosphere. It features Bordeaux's typical stone walls, wooden floors, a fireplace and high ceilings. It has 3 spacious bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 toilets, a living room with dining area, and a separate kitchen. One bedroom has a single bed and a double bed (140 cm x 200 cm) on the mezzanine. The other two bedrooms each have a large double bed (160 cm x 200 cm). One bedroom has an ensuite bathroom. The whole house will be yours to enjoy! I will be very happy to communicate with you by email and telephone. And as a Bordelaise myself I can provide you with all the addresses and useful information you need to make your holiday an enjoyable and memorable experience. This house is in Les Chartrons, which used to be the wine merchants' and sailors’ district back in the 18th century. It’s since been transformed into a chic neighborhood, known for its antiques shops and fashion boutiques. If you arrive by car, you can park on the street outside or in a private parking (Parking de la Cité Mondiale) located 4 minutes by feet from the house. The nearest Tram stop is only 2 minutes away: "Place Paul Doumer" Tram C, and "CAPC" Tram A. A direct tram will take you from the train station to the house: take tram C, direction "Les Aubiers" and stop "Place Paul Doumer". A direct tram will take you from the house to the Parc des Expositions . You can rent bicycles at the Vcub station or a car at the Bluecub station. Both stations are very close to your house. The basement has a separate entrance and contains space for bicycles or a moped should you decide to rent one. Please note that during Christmas and New Year’s Eve, the minimum stay is 5 days.

It is close to a shopping center, the airport, the train station, restaurants, art and culture due to its position in relation to the tram, bus ( beaches), bike stations, etc. You will appreciate our accommodation for the tranquility that emerges there,its amenities , comfort, my availability and my responsiveness . My accommodation is located in the city center, in the heart of the Bastide, close to all amenities: covered and outdoor market, restaurants, shops, cheese shop, pastry shop and the new aquatic center. Also close to the beaches of the Atlantic coast, the Arcachon basin, the Bordeaux vineyards (St-Emilion, Pomerol, Fronsac, Médoc ). You will appreciate my loft type accommodation, for its Spa, its terrace without vis-à-vis, its garage for 2 vehicles on the ground floor, and its location.

Maison moderne, confortable et cosy. Dans un cadre atypique et tranquille. A 1mn du tram, 10 mn du centre ville de Bordeaux. 3 chambres, 2 salles de bain, cuisine spacieuse entièrement équipée. Proximité toutes commodités, frais de stationnement dans la rue pris en charge, wifi et buanderie. Non fumeur, pas d'animaux, pas de fêtes. Le passage est un endroit très tranquille, nous vous demanderons de respecter la tranquillité de nos voisins et de limiter le bruit à l'extérieur.

Nice quiet 2-story house in the city center, near "Victory Square" where you can do everything on foot. 2 bedrooms, two bathrooms, very well-equipped kitchen and a small patio, you allow you to discover Bordeaux in a very comfortable way and without being ruined. Quiet residential area has everything you need probably bakery, grocery store and parking not far away. Close to tram B as well as bus line 1, bringing you back from the train station or the airport.

We welcome you in this charming little townhouse, which is 10 km from Arcachon and 15 minutes from the Pyla Dune only! It includes a bright main room with fitted kitchen and a click. The second room is a bedroom. Garden furnished with dining table, living room and 2 deckchairs, possibility to park a vehicle, sliding gate! Close to shops, ornithological park, amusement parks, lake, forest and of course the pool as well as bike paths.

Very nice Pierre house, Bordeaux Bastide district. Three bedrooms, one with bathroom . Large bright living room, a piano is available for your use. Terrace, garden with pool heated from late April to late September , swings, trampoline. In the spring and summer, you can hear frogs, birds (turtle doves), all in the city...
