Great place to stay for exploring Poole and the local area. Easy walk to the quay area. Phil is a great host and we will come back again.

Great flat. Very clean and welcoming. Close to local restaurants and lovely walks along the quay. Bonus was a secure place to leave our bikes!

Had the best stay at Caroline’s! The photos don’t do the place justice, it’s lovely! The kitchen is pristine and the apartment is so spacious, the outside space is a real bonus. Having on site parking was really handy and it’s a lovely flat walk to and from the town centre. Thanks Caroline. We hope to be back soon.

Kevin’s place was perfect for us for a long Easter weekend! There was two of us with a 8 month old and it was spot on for what we wanted, especially with a travel cot already provided. Everything you could need was provided, including a lovely welcome pack. It was clean, warm and the shower was very good too! There is plenty of parking in the area so no worries there. Would highly recommend this as a place to stay for a couple/ with baby to enjoy Swanage and the surrounding area. Thanks Kevin!

A fantastic home in a great location with everything we needed as a family of 4 with 2 kids under 10. It’s peaceful yet a short walk from the best part of Sandbanks beach and the ferry. A lovely sunny spot on the sundeck and very impressed with the irrigation system outside to keep the plants happy - sums up how the hosts are extremely organised! Great communication. Will definitely be back.

Lovely property it had all the amenities. Good location. Near the centre of Swanage, about 10 minute walk. Lots of restaurants and shops. Near the beach. There a smart tv with Netflix, YouTube Disney+, everything you have with smart tv.

We stayed at Elizabeth’s for a few days when visiting family nearby. It was perfect for our purpose and we found Elizabeth very friendly and accommodating. Our granddaughter particularly enjoyed the trampoline!

Property is ideal for 1-2 people to stay in Bournemouth. The property has parking on site and is accessed into a Private court yard area that I was not expecting but think it would be a lovely benefit on a warmer period. I also found everything walkable from this location, however if you did have trouble walking up hill then it may not be right for you. The beach and pier are within 5 minutes walk and there are a number of local pubs and restaurants in and around the area. There is also the benefit of a local shop, only 2 mins from the property so really everything you would need. The property itself is well laid out and has all I needed for my 4 night stay and gaining access was very simple with just a phone call for final instructions. I will be back to Bournemouth in the near future and if this is available again at that time then I would definitely book again.

Nice comfortable, spacious home, free on street parking and close to shops. George was very helpful and responsive and I would definitely stay again.

My 6 year old and myself had a lovely stay in Alison’s house. Absolutely perfect location and having a little one with me it was nice to be able to pop back frequently. The apartment was super clean, really comfy beds, light and airy and a nice space to relax. The kitchen had everything you could think of. Alison was very responsive to messages. We would definitely like to stay again.

The place was absolutely immaculate! Had absolutely everything we needed. Great location, not too close to hustle and bustle and only 7 minutes drive to the seafront. Hot tub was a lovely bonus! Hosts were amazing and very helpful. Would book this place over and over again!

Stunning location, who wouldn't want to wake up and see the sea. David was a great host, he checked to make sure we got in OK and checked that the wi-fi and heating were working. The flat was spotless, we felt right at home. I will definitely stay at this flat again. the flat was located right next to my favourite places in Swanage Gee Whites and Snackbar both a must visit 😁

Surroundings are magical. The location is great for exploreing the New Forest and boardering villages and towns. The flat had all we three chaps (+ 1 dog) needed. Annabel was tolerent of my vocal toller and a grreat host. Highly recommended!

Great location and lovely flat, spacious for a 2 bedroom and really nice kitchen area. The hot tub got a lot of use, we all loved it and would definitely rebook. Nice and peaceful area over the road from the beach, but quick to chain ferry to Knoll beach and Studland etc. Worth noting that it’s worth planning food in advance, there is a very small Tesco in Sandbanks for essentials only. Restaurant wise on Sunday eve we were a bit stuck when Lazy Jacks closed at 5pm rather than 8pm with no explanation. Would bring more meal prep with us next time.

After being let down on New Years Eve by someone else we booked Jonathan's place with less than 24 hours notice. He was extremely helpful and really flexible. We checked in early and also had a late check out at no extra cost. The apartment is clean, and big with care and attention to the decor. The hot tub was excellent. Jonathan was really responsive to a few questions we had and it made a real difference to have the personal touch instead of a faceless booking agent. The location is superb, shops one way and beach the other. We will most definitely be back.

We had a wonderful stay here. The place was so clean and had everything we needed. The pool and hot tub was fantastic. The beds were so comfy (and I am super picky about this). The location was great, we had such a great stay, my daughter did not want to leave.

Wow is all I can say. If we could give 6 stars we would have. Karen and Lee are so attentive, friendly and welcoming. The place is ideal location, quiet and lovely. the place is perfect to stay, the hot tub and garden is so tranquil and peaceful, all the amenities are perfect. The breakfast bits and cooking oil, seasons etc are an added touch! Honestly we loved it here and would definitely return! Thanks both 😃

The accommodation with Phoebe and Khalid met all my expectations. I particularly liked the proximity to the train station and the beautiful beach, as I only travelled by public transport. Grocery shops, restaurants and pubs are just around the corner and yet the location is quiet. The room is functionally furnished, the bed is incredibly comfortable, the kitchen is well equipped with cooking utensils as well as spices, oil, vinegar, coffee etc., which I have never found before and appreciated all the more. As the AirBnB area has a separate entrance, there is less contact with the hosts and you have a lot of privacy. As you receive an access code before you arrive, you are flexible in terms of time and don't have to be there at a pre-arranged time. I would definitely book this accommodation again. We had a great time at The Gate. The accommodation was well presented and located in a perfect location, very easy to get around and within minutes to the beach. This was particularly great as it is walking distance we managed to convince the kids for all of us to go for morning swims(the weather was great so that helped too). Emma(the host) provided all the information we required so everything was super easy to find in the house. Emma also recommended some fantastic places to eat and dine which we loved. We particularly loved the Travelling Tavern once again within minutes of the house which is great for families and has live music a few days of the week. All around a Great place to stay with a Great Host and a Great location to visit.

Perfect location, very helpful host, would highly recommend for couples to explore the Island, and of course the bonus of use of the hot tub. We will return next time we are on the Island without the family. Thank you

The place was lovely and peaceful, was really clean. Was easy to find location wise and when we had arrived they had done heart balloons on the bed which was a lovely touch. Good communication between host who gave recommendations on taxis and answered any questions quite quickly. The bed was really comfy and the place had heaters to use when it got a bit chilly. Hot tub was very nice and clean. The only downside was there wasn’t a kitchen so wouldn’t be able to do a long stay unless you wanted to eat out all the time. There’s a mini fridge so could keep milk for breakfast but there wasn’t anywhere to wash the dishes that were supplied apart from in the small bathroom sink. Also the gate didn’t lock but had a piece of wood to lean to keep it shut as kept banging into the neighbours fence. Overall it was a lovely place and would come back for a weekend stay 🩷
