Lovely setting and great garden - hot tub perfect for a nightlit dip!

We had a wonderful stay at the Old Farm Shop. It was in a lovely location - you could explore lots of beaches and also walk from the doorstep in to the countryside and to the sea. It was clean and tidy and had all the things you would need for a comfortable stay. The hot tub was a great extra! Susie and Sarah were super responsive and helpful. We had a really lovely time, thank you.

We had such an amazing stay at this place! Came with a group of friends and all our kids, and it couldn’t have been more perfect. The house was super clean, spacious, and had everything we needed—from a fully stocked kitchen to comfy beds and even toys and games to keep the little ones happy. The outdoor area was a total bonus—great space for the kids to run around while the adults relaxed. The location was ideal too—peaceful but still close enough to park, caffe and pub. The host was incredibly helpful and responsive, which made everything so easy. I’d recommend this spot to anyone—families, groups of friends, or anyone looking for a relaxing getaway.

Host was lovely and accommodating. House was great, clean and very comfy for all of us. we really enjoyed the hot tub and our weekend away. Couple of things could be fixed/upgraded, 2 of the showers were broken and one of them in the en suite didn’t get hot. Overall a lovely stay. Thanks a lot

We chose a long weekend the week before Easter. The house and the location matched our expectations and needs. Allan’s meet and greet on arrival was a warm welcome and informative. Brook House is a lovely home and we had a great stay. The spacious kitchen, bedrooms downstairs, wood burner and hot tub are real highlights. We enjoyed a BBQ and a Sunday Roast during our stay. The outdoor patio lights work very well to enjoy the garden in the evenings. The house is wonderfully located to explore the south coast and nearby attractions. We enjoyed a walk to the local club for drinks and live music. (Only available Fridays) on the first evening. We did a day trip to Brownsea Island which was fun. Moors Valley Country Park and Forest nearby offers a lot of options for a family Sunday outing. Our only fault was not staying a few more days!

My parents had an amazing one-month stay at Laura’s Airbnb! The apartment was exactly as described. Clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The location was perfect, close to local shops, restaurants, and public transportation, which made exploring the area so easy. Laura was incredibly welcoming, quick to respond to any questions. My girls and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was super cosy and spacious and the host was extremely accommodating and responsive. There were a couple of issues but these were quickly ironed out and I was consistently met with a friendly and helpful attitude. I’ll definitely be back.

Lovely place to stay, great location for lovely walks and a short distance to an array of pubs and places to eat. Great base for exploring with lots to do close by. Comfortable cosy cottage, just as described. Would stay again.

Nicky’s cottage was lovely, clean and welcoming and is in the perfect location to explore all that the New Forest has to offer. We have stayed in the area several times and this was definitely our favourite accommodation. We’d love to stay here again next time we’re in the area.

Janey was the perfect host. We arrived a little early and she very flexibly let us check-in, despite having to prepare everything herself as her cleaner was not available. We also arrived a little unprepared and on a Sunday but Janey had left all the essentials we needed to tide us over including a delicious homemade cake, croissants for breakfast the following morning, milk, butter and eggs. The setting is lovely overlooking a very large pond with a lot of visiting geese and ducks. There are little boats and life jackets for children. This is an ideal spot for a family holiday with the fossil beach at Kerridge Bay only an hour away by car and a number of lovely walks on Iron Age hill forts very close by, as well as lovely villages and National Trust properties. We would highly recommend Janey's property for a relaxing, comfortable and homely holiday. I am sure we will be back.

We had a brilliant stay at the Pink House! The house itself was beautifully decorated and was warm and inviting - we felt really at home here. Deborah was very friendly and responsive in her communication and sent us lots of local recommendations of things to do and places to visit. The garden was really private and we loved the built in BBQ and home-grown tomatoes and cucumbers, and the welcome basket that we're waiting for us when we arrived. The Pink House is in a great location with walks right from the front door and only 15-30 mins drive to the various beaches. We had a wonderful stay and wished we booked for longer - we'll definitely be back again!

A wonderful gem in the New Forest, had such a lovely stay we didn't want to leave! The summerhouse was great, such a well designed space, plenty of room for us and the dogs. Lovely new kitchen, had everything we needed. A nice big bedroom and the bed was super comfy. Lots of walking right from the door and the food in the local pub was good.

Acorn Cottage is a little gem, what a fantastic place. If you are looking for a peaceful family retreat within the heart of the New Forest look no further. It was my husbands 50th surprise getaway , Maria went all out with finishing touches for this special occasion. Thank you from all of us for such a fantastic stay.

We stayed here for my husband’s birthday as a family of two adults, three children, our small dog and my mother in law. It was a lovely clean spacious caravan with an amazing view. We had gorgeous weather which really was the icing on the cake. When we arrived it was easy to find and there were biscuits and cakes left for us by Caroline. We also went to Haven reception and they gave us free entertainment passes which meant we could visit the entertainment in the evenings with the children. We’d definitely love to stay again! Great location for a family break. Entertainment passes included. Kids will love the robots delivering food in the restaurant. Didnt try out the pool this time but looked great. Loved how close we were to the beach beautiful day and night, with stunning sunsets. Also enjoyed a walk around the nature reserve. Great base for getting out on our bikes. We absolutely love the new forest and this was a great base for a short stay. We'd happily stay for longer.

Lovely little caravan on a family run park. Caravan was clean and today and had necessary amenities required for our stay. Location was great, just a stones throw from Mudeford Quay and Avon Beach. Heated outdoor pool on site and small lounge / bar area. Parking spot right next to caravan.

What a diamond of a place you have here Judith! On top of holiday park overlooking the most stunning view of Swanage bay and surrounding countryside, almost 360 degrees!! The interior is very tastefully decorated and so comfortable. The beds were dressed with hotel quality, pure white cotton which gave an extra luxury feeling. Lots of table top games for all ages which would have been useful on rainy days but we were so lucky to have had brilliant sunshine throughout our stay! Just minutes drive from everywhere. Got to do the steami railway experience from Swanage. Kimmeridge fossil museum to see the largest ever intact fossil ever excavated! Favourite pub with outdoor views in Worth Matravers, The Square and Compass. Home made ciders, good beers and fab sausage rolls! Favourite fish restaurant, The Pier Head in Swanage. All in all, a fantastic place to stay and thanks to Judith a wonderful 5 star experience!

We have stayed at Rockley park before but staying in this caravan made an even better stay. Beautiful views and lots of added extras that made the stay a great one for the family. We even managed to complete a jigsaw! Perfect place to get away from a busy normal day to day life. We had a great stay and would definately return. Great host and very easy to check into. The caravan was perfect. It was clean and well positioned. It was in a quiet area but only a short walk to the entertainment complex. There was a Sainsburys within 5 mins drive of the site which was very convenient too. The kitchen was well equipped and the place was clean and tidy when we arrived. The site was great for our children. The entertainment passes were very good value for money especially on those rainy days. Katherine was very helpful, answering all my questions and queries before we arrived. The walk to Avon beach was a favourite for us. Unfortunately the ferry to Hengistbury was not running from Mudeford but we were able to drive to Hengistbury and there is a bus which goes hourly from the site stopping at Avon beach and Hengistbury on its way to Poole. I would highly recommend this accommodation and it is in a beautiful location. We will certainly return. Thank you

My family and I have just returned from a 4 night stay at The Oaks and we all wished we could have stayed longer. The house is well equipped, clean and tidy. There was plenty of room for 7 adults and 1 infant. The bedrooms were comfortable with fresh linen. I particularly booked this accommodation for the outside pool and this didn't disappoint. A perfect size pool for us and we enjoyed sitting around the garden and pool area. Beautiful Sobo beach is walking distance from the house and there are many good places to eat and drink nearby. We enjoyed a birthday celebration lunch at The Captains club restaurant which we would highly recommend, great food and attentive staff. A big thank you to Maggie And Peter for a great airbnb property.

We really enjoyed our 3 night stay at Clare’s annex. The place was clean and the bed super comfortable. The kitchen is fully fitted for all cooking needs. The location was perfect as just a couple of minutes to Avon Beach and stunning walks both ways along the sea front. We loved the walk to Highcliffe Castle and food at The Noisy Lobster. Clare popped in check we were on and had left lots of walking books so we could explore the area. A great stay in a brilliant location, thanks Clare!
