A perfect place for travelers with a car. Entrance through an electric gate to a large and well-maintained yard. Pampering and clean pool. The hosts are super helpful and communicative. I highly recommend and will definitely go back there.

The house and especially the garden were a paradise for our small group of travelers, consisting of two families with a total of 5 children. Great pool, really big so even head jumps were possible. Brilliant football field, beautiful retreats and the central campfire site. Excursions in front of you in a fantastic environment. Thanks very much for the restaurant tips too!

Just WOW! Marco is totally friendly. He personally welcomed us and recommended us many things. Villa is super nice. Very clean. Perfect for families with kids. Since we were traveling with children, we took the car to go to Rome. Depending on traffic conditions, it takes about 30-40 minutes to get to the center, no problem for us. A private parking is also available. What can I say?! Just GREAT! We will definitely come back. Thanks Marco

Very nice, well-kept, clean and comfortable house on the subway (5 minutes walk, maybe less). Maurizio was very kind and more than helpful. There was a problem with the boiler that could not be resolved in a short time due to lack of spare parts, and he bought an electric boiler and mounted it alone to guarantee us hot water. He was also very sorry for the inconvenience and offered us a free extension of the stay. Truly a serious and reliable person. Recommended

Perla’s place was exactly what I hoped for. 3 lovely large bedrooms, great kitchen and a truly amazing veranda that had 4 about different areas overlooking the sea and main pedestrian area. The location is amazing at the start of the pedestrian area where you can take a stroll at night, go for a meal and explore the market. The beach was also a 3 minute walk. Despite being right in the centre, the bedrooms are set back from the street so are not noisy at all at night. Perla herself was incredibly helpful, she even helped us by researching where to find hair braids for my daughter. I would highly recommend Perla’s place.

Francesca and Vittorio's house is a paradise just a few kilometers from Rome The interior is taken care of in every detail, especially the master room,magnificent covered veranda where we enjoyed unforgettable breakfasts, outside with a crazy pool,you will feel like you are in the London countryside. The kitchen is a dream , super equipped , the outward view at sunset will make you forget everything! Recommended for those who love the countryside and nature, the dog Elisabetta has kept us company for the duration of our stay, flexible check-in, friendly hosts! thanks for everything. We really enjoyed our Christmas and New Year week at this place. We were a company of 4 adults and 4 children and the villa fully matched our expectations. The layout of the house is really comfortable and provides enough space for privacy and at the same time for spending time together, like the room with the fireplace. The territory is green and has everything to relax: swimming-pool, table tennis, places for playing with the ball and BBQ. It is also within a short drive from Rome historical center- Piazza Cavour, which has a convenient underground parking from where it is possible to explore Rome. Flavia and Giuseppe are always in touch if needed and the communication is easy.

We celebrated my 40th Birthday with 15 friends and had such a wonderful weekend. The house is big, with private bathrooms for every couple, with 2 kitchens (the downstairs kitchen is excellent for joint cooking etc.). Hanging out by the pool was super nice. The near-by lake is very scenic and the proximity to Rome is great for those who want to do sight-seeing. Edoardo was a great host and easy going. tiny point: we could not find firewood for the pizza oven. Other than that we had a beautiful weekend! Thanks

We found Andrea’s villa a very welcoming family home. It really did feel like home from home. It was a wonderful place where we could relax as a family - whether it was reading a book, playing pool, table tennis, or chilling by the swimming pool. The salt water was new to us but we loved it and the depth of the pool was great for diving and jumping as well as swimming - the photos don’t do the pool justice. The pool area is beautifully situated on the property and at different times throughout the day parts are shaded which makes for comfortable swimming. Having the caretaker nearby was very reassuring. We rarely saw him, but he would be available if needed. We did a day trip to Rome and drove to Fidene ( parking was easy and free) and then caught the train into Roma Termini - 1 Euro per person - amazing value. Andrea was very easy to communicate with and we had a lovely stay there at the end of our holiday.

This place is one of the best of our trip. Everything super new, very nice, clean...Incredible!! It has an outside jacuzzi that we didn't have time to use but inside the house there is a large hot tub that left us as new!! Romina's mother is an endearing woman, she welcomed us and prepared us breakfast the next day even though we left very early... Incredible pastry chef!! Let's go back without any hesitation!

We stayed two families in the house with plenty of room for big and small. the terrace is worth highlighting with its beautiful view. We enjoyed the pool and the beautiful garden at the front of the house with another nice terrace. The kitchen was more than fully equipped-there was everything you could want. Francesco and family were very friendly and helpful and were answered to all our questions very quickly. An absolutely lovely week in wonderful house and beautiful surroundings. The area has a lot to offer. There is ample opportunity for nature experiences just around the corner. restaurant and shopping about 3 km. We'd love to come back another time. Our warmest recommendations.

The house with its large garden and private pool is a true slice of paradise. It’s the perfect place to relax and the surrounding villages, some of which are medieval hilltop towns, add a wonderful charm. The area above Poggio Catino also offers fantastic, well-maintained hiking spots, with lovely places to enjoy. My dog thoroughly inspected the fenced yard and couldn’t find any way to escape – excellent! The contact with Luisa and Gianfranco was very pleasant and they were extremely helpful. My favorite restaurant was Ristorante La Casina Nel Parco in Cantalupo In Sabina. I would gladly return, and I highly recommend this accommodation!

Lovely place. The house was spacious and comfortable. Kitchen well equipped, fans in every room. Pretty much as described. The outside pool area was wonderful. Pool house with shower and toilet helpful. Covered dining area with fridge and barbecue was great. We (3 generations) spent most of our time there. Grounds well cared for and area well maintained. Thomas was friendly and helpful both before and during our stay. A great holiday. Thank you Thomas.
