This beautiful home is perfect for couples, families, water sports fanatics and car & horse racing enthusiasts The property is very well equipped. It has 3-4 double/king bedrooms (2 of which have en-suites), a single bedroom and a kids twin room There is plenty of parking for 3-4 cars The house is open plan and has all mod cons incl. a well equipped kitchen, Sonos, 4K TV & vintage bar! A bright, relaxed family home in West Wittering village, a short walk from the famous sandy beach and the village pub. Suits an extended family group or 2 small families sharing. The amazing living space includes a large modern kitchen/family room, separate TV room and a large playroom with table tennis, pool table and lots of toys. A large garden surrounds the house and includes a shady eating area, a lovely south-facing sun deck, an hot shower, a fire pit and a play area with zip wire/ slide.

With views of Chichester cathedral and Goodwood racecourse, this is the perfect base for a holiday on the south coast. With wet room and downstairs bedroom the property is ideal for disabled guests. The accommodation is flexible, comfortably sleeping 8, with additional space for a travel cot which can be proved on request. The house was our family home and is generously sized with two reception areas and large private garden, clean and homely, ready for you to relax.
