I had an absolutely fantastic experience during my stay! The flat was fully equipped with all the essentials and was in impeccable condition. Rebekah is a great host, made everything effortless; she was incredibly helpful and always quick to respond whenever I had a question. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone seeking a stay in the area. You won't be disappointed.

This is an amazing and beautiful eco property. Ivana and John have spent a lot of time carefully considering so many aspects of their beautiful home. The location is so peaceful. The beautiful aspect across their garden meant you could see wildlife and bunnies and beautiful sunrises. 🌅 All beds were super comfy. The wood burner was cozy. The sofa was great for a family and their TV stereo set up was brilliant. There are ALOT of lights etched to get used to, that create mood lighting in each room and Ivana manages the heating of the property remotely.

Excellent property. Owners were really nice. Can’t wait to go again when the pool is open. Went to a local pub called Coach & horses, excellent food there. We took our dog and owners kindly asked if we kept her on the lead when in garden of property as they have sheep but there’s a massive field with a woodland walk out back so was fine to let off the lead then. Barn is exactly as described. There’s some good little board games there and our kids got a bit obsessed with cluedo. Was expecting to be chilly as it’s a barn but the underfloor heating makes it really warm and cosy. Will definitely come back.

Everything that you would want a charming old farmhouse to be. multiple fireplaces, kitchen with multiple ovens, lovely garden / paths into the hills, totally quiet road. Charlotte made checkin easy and they were jsut down the road the whole weekend (although we didn't need anything from them during our stay)

This house is absolutely fantastic. Our group of 9 including a teen and two 9-year-olds stayed very comfortably for a week with a typically English mix of weather and the house accommodated us amply. The spaces were all individual, relaxing and full of beautiful furniture and art, we loved the characterful high-ceilinged garden room and the sitting room big enough for all 9 of us to play games. All the first floor bedrooms were large with comfortable beds and generous storage, and the second floor attic with two bedrooms and a relaxing space between was a great little world away. The rambling garden and the tennis court, trampoline, warm pool and table tennis were a real hit with our group. Locally there was something for everyone, highlights including great walks from the house along the river and up onto the spine of the South Downs, and garden visits to High Beeches and Sussex Prairie Gardens. Enzo and Lucy are well deserved superhosts, we would return in a heartbeat.

The house was perfect for our needs and suited 6 adults and 2 children. Great communal space with 2 bedrooms at either end of the house to ensure own space too. Fantastic location as we travelled to Arundel Castle, The Pig in the South Downs, and West Wittering beach. Lovely pubs locally too for dinner.

This was a last minute, 2 night break for myself, teenage son & 2 energetic dogs. This place did not disappoint! The photos really don’t show off the place as they should! The space my dogs had to exercise was outstanding, Kevin and Debbie really helped to put me at ease with allowing my dogs to enjoy the break too- this meant I could relax! My son, a keen golfer, was kindly leant some clubs and balls by Kevin so he could knock them about in the garden, he was in his element! We visited brows farm driving range too which also has a small par 4 practice course, minutes round the corner. Also petersfield golf club 8 mins away- definitely take your clubs if you’re a keen golfer! The turtle bean cafe in Liss- definitely worth a visit. Tesco’s, 2 pubs, Chinese, Indian, bakery, butchers all there too! The lodge was so cosy and welcoming, we felt very at home. The pool was a huge bonus - nice and warm too! We would stay again in a heart beat and am very happy to have found this little gem.

Quirky chatectful home from home large place to stay with some great facilities. Like hot tub, quality air fryer and coffee maker. Comfy beds. Plenty of space for our multi generational family get away. Lovely welcome pack of treats. Description accurate re facilities..

Sarah’s house is perfect for a stay at the Witterings. Located a few mins walk to the beach and close to other area such as Itchenor and Bosham. We stayed as a family with young kids and it had everything we needed, from the games room to the garden. It was a bit rainy when we stayed , but that didn’t stop us venturing out. I can imagine in the summer, the house would be even more perfect. Sarah was super helpful too. The house looks even nicer than the pictures.

I chose this house for our 3 generation family group because the are Reviews seemed so good and the photos were enticing. It lived up to expectations! It is a really lovely, spacious house for 10. Very well furnished and v comfy beds. Everything looked clean and fresh. The kitchen / dining area is especially good and well thought out. The outside playroom with children’s games and extra toys was a real bonus. Our children loved playing in the garden. The area is lovely and Birdham quiet. We had a great afternoon on the amazing beach at West Wittering. We all said it would be lovely to return again.

We had an amazing weekend in Brighton! The place was perfect for our group of 12. Would definitely recommend for a large group it was really comfortable and the hosts were so helpful and very responsive

This is a beautifully renovated Brighton flat on a quiet street near the heart of the city. Comfortable beds, well-appointed kitchen, and luxurious bathroom. Plus lots of funky art on the walls and a sun-filled patio. We had a wonderful stay in England's most vibrant, diverse city, and this flat was a big reason why. Allan and Toni made sure we had everything we needed and were there to answer any questions we had.

Great house to stay in whole visiting the city, it is very central and perfect for getting to most places. 3 main rooms but flexible with amount of beds available

Really enjoyed our stay. Comfortable, nice and warm, and exactly as listed. A quiet location and dog friendly. Thoughtful host who left a little welcome basket of bits and had good communication. We intend to rebook next time we’re back in Brighton.

Myself and a few friends were looking to escape and have a private beautiful place for a relaxing new year break and the barn was exactly this! We felt at home straight away. The barn is stunning - it’s somebody’s home with books, artwork, rugs, lots of life. Once you’re settled you won’t want to leave- we didn’t!

It was my first time using Air b&b and the hosts made it such an easy experience. Lovely house for our whistle stop tour.

Emma was a great host from booking to checkout. she was always responsive and very helpful. The house was a great place to stay for a large group with a spacious kitchen/diner/disco dance floor that we all appreciated. Not very far from Brighton and very close to portslade train station. Would recommend!

Such a beautiful house in perfectly peaceful surroundings. Victoria was a great host and we would definitely love to come back again.

I use AirBnB all the time and Louise is one of the best hosts I've had the pleasure of communicating with. It was perfect for our short stay near to Gatwick Airport before a flight. Louise recommended much more affordable transport options than we would've found, so staying with her actually saved us money in that regard. The AirBnB is extremely well equipped with utilities and information so that you'd never even need to contact her. But if you still throw a message her way, she's extremely fast to respond and attentive. If I'm ever needing to stay near London again, for whatever reason, this will be my first port of call. Copthorne is a beautiful, tranquil town too.

This house is lovely and was perfect for a short stay for us 4 adults. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen well equipped and homely. An easy walk into the centre of town made for a very pleasant evening stroll along the canal.

Jessica’s home was well equipped tidy and very comfortable. We had a. Amazing time as 2 family’s with 4 children from 7 months to 9 years old. The outdoor space was beautiful, the children enjoyed the trampoline and slide and the bunk bed in particular was a hit with the boys. I recommend this house for those looking for a peaceful base to explore the South Downs and surrounding areas.

This is a really nice place to stay. Very quiet and the house is quirky and interesting. Lovely and clean too. Loved it!
