We booked the duplex version so you have two apartments in one. Great to have two balconies, two bathrooms, two bedrooms and two living rooms. Everything you need to live as a 5 people family. Several busses into the city right outside the house. Loads of playgrounds and a public "pool" (artificial lake" not even 10 minutes to walk. Would stay again even though air bnbs in Innsbruck are a bit over the top pricewise.

Great stay, really friendly and perfect location for where we needed. Slopes close by and easy to get in and out of Mayrhofen. Hans was really helpful! Would stay again

We liked Mathias's apartment, especially the location with good subway connection, shopping within walking distance and lots of greenery outside. Parking was easy to find,after that we left the car. Communication with Mathias was great.

The accommodation met all the expectations we had of it; the very good ratio of quality, comfort, equipment, and price.

This was our second stay at Jen's place and everything was once again outstanding. Jens is a really responsive host, answering to messages very quickly. The apartment is as expected and more. Super clean with everything you need for an easy self catering stay. The apartment is in a fantastic location in Garmisch-Partenkirchen being so close to the train station and within easy walking distance from all local amenities. We'd definitely go back another time and would highly recommend.

Hans’ place is simply great and exceeded our expectations. It’s spacious, clean, functional, well equipped, and has a nice kitchen. The location is perfect as well, situated in a very walkable neighborhood with plenty of great restaurants, close to the U line, and just two stops from the Center. Highly recommended!

The first time driving, you almost let your heart stand. Curvy narrow mountain road with fantastic views. You get used to driving quickly. The warm welcome also included a super tasty bottle of its own apple juice in the fridge.... The apartment is under the owners' apartment.... and agreements worked quickly and simply at all times. The apartment has two bedrooms and is more than sufficient for a family with one or two children. Indoor bathroom with tub is also spacious. Only you have to leave the light on for some time after showering or bathing so that the trigger gets the moisture away. Kitchen has everything you need in an apartment.... Even a dishwasher!! (There is no microwave.... but do you need that? We didn't miss it.) There is life in the house, at night you can hear maximum the village cats or the rippling of the rain and the roaring of the thunder. Tours can also start directly at the house.

We were completely satisfied with our accommodation. The location at the edge of the village was great, right across the street a good restaurant and hiking trails up to the mountain. In addition, the room was nice and modernly furnished and the in-house wellness area was inviting and cozy.

We stayed with Peter for the second time. This place is an excellent studio for 2 people. The cozy and playful character of the space appealed to us very much. There is much to do in the area and the studio is really equipped with every comfort. The apartment is sparkling clean and the bedding and towels smell wonderfully fresh. We came this time for a mini ski holiday of 3 days. In the area, the various areas are easily accessible. There is a supermarket at 1 minute walking distance and the center of Sankt Johan is also easily accessible with a small walk of about 15 minutes. Peter lives up to the name ‘superhost’. Despite our late arrival time (after midnight), he was ready to receive us personally. He gave us tips for nice restaurants and was friendly and helpful.

A very lovingly furnished apartment. Silvia is a charming hostess. We were spoiled with homemade apple jelly, apples and pears from the beautiful garden. The view from the breakfast balcony is very relaxing and you are spoiled with sun.

It was a dream. The place is very chic. We were there with our three teenagers, to go skiing. The apartment has everything you need. :) If necessary, the couch is too small for 5 people to lounge on. But hey, if you don't have anything else. The place has everything you need. Thank you, thank you for everything!

Andreas was a very nice host, very easy to communicate with and welcoming to make sure our stay would be great. The apartment is lovely, very modern and handy - with everything nicely set. It is quite remote and peaceful - as we were looking for. If you have a car, you can easily drive to the city of Munich or the closest ski station from just 30-45min. I highly recommend!

Very nice apartment 5 minutes from the cross-country ski slopes, 2 minutes from the grocery store and in the heart of Seefeld village to enjoy restaurants and shops. It's all about walking. We could communicate easily with the host and the place was very clean and well-equipped. Perfect for a stay with friends or family. I recommend it!

Secret tip! As a solo traveler, I immediately loved the spacious, super clean and practically furnished apartment. Hot tub with mountain views, that's unbeatable! Two TVs, sweets and welcome liquors. The location at the top of the mountain is quiet but not too remote, and you can get to all the beautiful areas in a maximum of 30 minutes by car. Daniela is an impressive, very open and kind personality! I'd love to come back!

I had a good time in the small apartment with Sybille and Timo. It was as seen in the photos. The apartment was clean and cozy! Would recommend!

We spent New Year's Eve here with our circle of friends. The apartment was spotless and felt like we were the first guests to move into this apartment. Kitchen, bathroom, bedroom as well as the general equipment were very clean and very modern. Freddy, the co-host, was super friendly and always easy to reach. Check-in and everything around went smoothly. We felt very comfortable and would be happy to come back.

We felt super comfortable from the first moment. Cozy, nicely decorated, very clean and "everything" you could ever need! Very friendly hosts who went out of their way to make us feel comfortable! Beautiful location if you want a break in nature:) Biggest highlight: The wood-heated hot tub 💫 A dream🥰

Thomas was a wonderful Host! The accommodation was perfect and super clean. The communication with Thomas was very pleasant. He had nice tips to do nearby and checked in between via App to ask me how I was doing and how Tyrol liked me. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to get to know face2face, and thank him in person. On the other hand, the self check-in and check-out also gave a huge feeling of trust, which was very nice. I hope that Thomas, minimal, half was as happy with me as a guest as I was with him as Host! ( ow and the garage for my car was a huge nice extra luxury!) Unfortunately, I have not been able to use the sauna (because I fell during snowboarding and in the cast with my arm the last 2 days), but the jacuzzi was great the first evening :) I recommend this location and Host 100%, and if I am in the area again, I will be happy to come back!

Mario’s place was an excellent base for skiing and exploring in Innsbruck. Comfy bed and couch and great bathroom!

Very pleasant experience, very nice and equipped apartment, very comfortable supermarket below the house, in the immediate vicinity distributor of fresh milk, fresh eggs and other food products, and a pharmacy with very kind staff. Convenient location to visit many characteristic countries located just a short trip away. The hot tub is fabulous, although it's forbidden to bring glass. Free parking downstairs from the house. Great communication with Florian.
