Comfortable single room near the lake

Our home is a three-generation home. On each floor is an apartment that is inhabited by friendly people. Sometimes it gets a bit turbulent because of the children. It is located in Hard/Vorarlberg about 300 m as the crow flies from Lake Constance. The routes to the bakery, the ice cream parlour, the beach, various restaurants, the bus stop, ... can be reached in less than 5 minutes. The nearest grocery store is a 10-minute walk. Every Wednesday there is a market in the town centre.

The private entrance leads to a spacious living and sleeping room (31 m2), which is separated from the bathroom (11 m2) by a fireplace. The fireplace is out of order. My wooden house was designed and built by a Vorarlberg architect. There is a vanity/shower/toilet in the bathroom with a view. Our Hüsli is located in the middle of nature, quiet and on the Alpstein-Wanderweg In the garden there is a cozy sitting lounge, a large fireplace and the garden shower for cooling down. The magnificent views and the alpine feeling can be enjoyed particularly well from the Bänkli in the forecourt. Inside it is nice and homely, with tiled stove and wood-burning stove, cozy living room and spacious dining table. Everything is fully furnished and ready for guests :)

We rent our beautiful “Waldhäuschen” to nature lovers and family communities. On the idyllic, large plot with forest panorama you can enjoy nature. The hiking trails start right outside the front door. The stream is only a few meters away. Therefore, a romantic, relaxing murmur and ripple can be heard in the garden.
