Dogtown Century home near Forest Park & Maplewood

Our historic home has lots of natural light and high ceilings. The two bedrooms are furnished with comfy queen beds. The sunroom also doubles as a third sleeping room. Enjoy a morning cup of coffee on the large front porch, or yard games and bbq in the fenced back yard. Welcome to our home! It is a cozy brick bungalow from 1929. It is a quiet neighborhood. Partially fenced backyard. We're located close to historic Route 66, coffee shops, shops, restaurants. 15 minute drive from Gateway Arch National Park, Busch Stadium, Forest Park, Enterprise Center, Washington University, St. Louis University, Zoo, Art Museum, and Botanical Gardens. Smoking is not allowed inside or outside. Any smoke odor will result in a $150 fine. Noise monitoring device on property.

This one bedroom newly updated house is the perfect location for discovering all that "The Hill" has to offer. Within walking distance to some of the finest restaurants in all of STL. ( Zia's being our personal favorite) Enjoy a great meal and walk to one of the many well known bakeries, Italian markets, Shops, Coffee Bistro, Gelato and Bars. What more could you ask for?
