Place exactly as described - spotless inside and had everything you needed. As it’s situated down a no through road there is no road noise which is great. Walking distance to everything in Brighton. Thanks Abigail.

We’ve been coming to Brighton fairly regularly for 10 years and Janye’s house has been the best accommodation we’ve found. A peaceful spot, perfectly sized for our family of 4, tastefully decorated and with a car park space, which is a premium in Brighton. The best thing for us though is the location. A 5 minute walk to the beach, 5 minutes the other way is Preston street which is full of restaurants, 15-20 minutes to the Laines with its independent shops, cafes etc. and only a few doors away is a great pub - the lion and lobster. Would highly recommend and we will we will try to book again when we’re next visiting.

We needed a place to stay not to far from the main railway station. We wanted to be able to prepare some meals for ourselves. This apartment worked out very well for us.

A really enjoyable stay. Loved the location being so close to sea with a fabulous view. A good walk into town centre and the Lanes or buses run past the property. Lise was a fabulous host. Really helpful in accomodating us and responsive to any requests. The penthouse located at the top of a beautiful house was comfortable, warm and inviting. Everything we needed was provided to ensure our weekend stay went smoothly, with clear instructions on how to enter & how the heating works etc. Milk & bottled water, along with teabags & coffee were also provided. The beds were comfortable, as was the sofa. I am a very light sleeper so brought ear-plugs seeing as the house is on a main road. I would most definitely book again.

We had a wonderful group stay at The Old Townhouse. Very clean and characterful and great amenities too, Paul had thought of everything we might need. The location is amazing, right in the heart of kemptown and close to the beach.
