Apartment holiday rentals in Brighton and Hove

We had a lovely stay, Sue is super accommodating and the apartment was exceptionally clean. The rainfall shower and bathroom was a particular highlight. Instructions on entry and parking nearby were accurate and we had everything we needed and more to self cater. Would certainly stay again and recommend to anyone wanting a pad in central Brighton right by the sea!

The place was such a quirky, lovely space. The main bathroom with double shower and steam room stood out and the flexible living space. Was perfect location and especially with parking so close to the pier etc it was great value for money. Hosts were fab, attentive and responsive when needed. Thank you for having us and we would definitely stay again.

It was a good place to stay. I am really avid cook and so could have used with bit more upscale kitchen items, but other than that it was a solid and good place to stay

A great space, ideal for me as I was travelling for work. There was easy access to transport and Brighton city centre. Penny provided clear information ahead of my trip and also provided suggestions of places to eat.

Kasia's home had everything we needed, was super clean and in a great location - just as it said in the description. We would definitely recommend it.

Our stay at this little gem on the marina was wonderful. Everything about our visit was fantastic - the property is incredible, and the transport links into town made it the perfect getaway with access to everything Brighton has to offer. Communication from hosts was excellent from start to finish.

A perfect treasure and home from home with a very well-equipped kitchen, espresso machine and pods, along with a dedicated working area (e.g. laptop, ideal kitchen and super spacious, comfortable sofa -- someone gets swallowed into cosy mode very quickly for these TV and movie nights. The spacious flat has nicely dedicated features that keep the original property feel. The flat has access to a private and nicely decorated garden patio. The flat is located very, very close to coffee shops (one is littery next door) and the opposite is a small square. 5-7 min walk to the famous promenade and seaside. We were also lucky to have secured parking so we could come and leave to drop off our things. The hosts were super responsive, super, super accommodating & friendly. Our 4 days in Brighton with the host felt like longer, and we returned refreshed to London. Thanks, agian for having us and allowing our small furry friend to come along. We had a lovely stay. The apartment is spacious with the bedrooms away from the living room and kitchen allowing you to go to bed without being disturbed by those wanting to stay up and watch TV etc. It is very easy to get around on the busses and a quick walk to the waterfront and promenade. Also easy access to Hove station.

This was the perfect base for being in Brighton to run the marathon. Check-In was easy, the apartment was spotlessly clean, bright and airy and the balcony was a beautiful little sun trap. The location was also perfect and was easy to walk to the cafes and restaurants in Kemptown, and further on in to Brighton. I would highly recommend anyone to stay here, you won't regret it!

Thank you Wayne & Ollie for a great stay. We enjoyed our time at your place and the additional extras and home touches were very much appreciated. The only thing that we noticed was that the kitchenware was not clean to use on arrival, however this was quickly rectified using the dishwasher. Great value for money 🙂

A great central spot, nice and clean as well as a very powerful shower which was a nice surprise.

Not far from the sea and not far from good restaurants, bars and pubs. A great place to stay for a weekend or a bit longer. Clean and easily accessible, the accommodation was quiet and well equipped. Claire was a very helpful and responsive host.

Fantastic location and great space and light in a beautiful flat, very central in the Laines. Only negative is the lockbox is at back of building next to the park and public toilets and is very dark and does not feel very safe if trying to get keys after dark. Bedrooms back into central courtyard between lots of buildings so keeping window open might disturb some guests but any noise quietened down relatively early on a Saturday night! Fantastic hosts with great communication!

We had the best stay at 5 the lawn. Jude’s attention to detail is insane and the place is simply outstanding. Everything was so picturesque. Jude was a great host, she ensured we had everything and made sure to let us know if we needed anything at all she was just a message away. Jude was a massive help in recommending a local decorating company and ensuring everything was set up for our arrival. My boyfriend thoroughly enjoyed his birthday getaway. We will for sure be returning. Thank you Jude for an unreal stay.

Charlotte was a fantastic host. The bottle of bubbly on arrival was a lovely touch too. We are so lucky to have had the opportunity to stay in Charlotte's interesting and well loved home. The hot tub and roll top bath provided a great way to relax after visiting the beach and town. As artists the artwork on display made for great conversation points too. We feel inspired. Xx

Excellent host - Dean was welcoming and friendly and went out of his way to make it a lovely stay. The flat was really comfortable, well kitted out and beautifully decorated, we really enjoyed the hot tub! 2 mins walk to the sea and a lovely walk along the seafront into Brighton which took about 10 minutes. We had a great time - would happily recommend.

Jo is one of the best Airbnb hosts we’ve ever met. She’s such a lovely and genuinely helpful person. My partner and I stayed for a night after visiting Pooh Corner, Ashdown Forest, and many other charming places nearby. Everything was perfect. Jo made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. Her home is beautiful, the hot tub was incredibly relaxing, and there’s so much to do in the area. We highly recommend staying at Jo’s place. Thank you for everything.

Zainab and Ciara were both really responsive and friendly. The property was nicely decorated and spacious. Only thing I would mention is that if the Dentist is open, you can hear a lot of what’s going on upstairs, but we stayed on Fri-Sun so as soon as the dentist closed it was very nice and quiet.

This was a fantastic airbnb and we'd definitely recommend. The bedroom was lovely, we slept very well, and the alway-on hot tub was a treat. Very minor points to improve for future guests - the WiFi instructions were out of date and the shower gel container empty
