Apartment holiday rentals in Brownsville

We've stayed here several times. It is exactly what we need for our family. We enjoy the beach which is an easy walk from the condo.

The location was perfect for us. We walked or took the free bus nearly everywhere. Having a balcony directly on the beach was incredible - sunrises every morning! The building is a little dated, but the unit itself is well kept. We would absolutely stay here again.

The place and the view were beautiful! Lori was an awesome host! Very responsive and flexible! Will be coming back to make more memories! 10/10 would recommend!!

Rob was extremely helpful from the beginning. The location was perfect and beautiful. The kitchen had everything we needed and more. The bedrooms as well as the restrooms were clean. I would love to stay here again when I come back for another visit.

We had a great time and the location was super. If we travel there next year this is where we would stay. Thank You for a great place to stay. The pool area was very nice with the hot tube and heated pool. Being right next to the beach access was so convenient for morning and night beach walks. Thank You.

This place was perfect! The parking was ok but worth it since the beach is literally across the street! Pool was right outside our door, sooo awesome! I definitely plan on staying here again!

We loved staying here. They had nice Valentine’s Day decorations walking in. They allowed us to check in way earlier since it was available. We had changed plans and ended up a day early and they had no problem adding a day to our stay since it was available. It was clean, they were very responsive any time we messaged.

It’s was exactly as advertised. Daniel left written instructions on the wall about rules and check-out procedures. As well as good restaurant referrals. It was an amazing stay and great trip. Thanks Daniel!!!!

We shad a great time at Lucinda and Jose’s. Close to stores,beach. They are very attentive and quick to respond. Will visit. There again !

Nancy's place was just as described!!! It was a perfect location. Clean, quiet condo with space for our guests. The beds were comfy with extra pillows and sheets. Will definitely stay at Nancy's place again.

We were in for the Sand Castle Days and Cindy’s place was close enough to make it an quick commute. Loved having the pool right outside our porch door, the outdoor shower. the sound of the palm trees blowing in the wind, the high ceilings and spaciousness of the place & huge table. Nice window light and the overhead lighting made it really bright which was great in daytime, but a little too harsh at night. Suggested they replace their missing lamps for a cozier night ambience, and convenience on bedside tables, and/or at least dimmer switches. We also them know the dryer seemed to take a really long time to dry clothes. We felt safe enough there as the condos have a security gate, and we are pretty trusting folks, but it did seem a bit odd that the key is left in a realtors combo lock box when there are so many other great remote code options now. Pretty easy for a thief type to copy the key and return after their reservation is over and enter the unit. Good stay, thank you,!

This was our second time to stay with Doug’s place and hope to again next year. The place has a great location, is clean and well furnished. Doug is great to work with and is an excellent host.

Jessica's Orange Starfish was a very nice condo overlooking the ocean. The beach was an excellent walk with the Wanna Wanna in one direction and Claytons in the other direction. The hot tub could have been warmer and the elevators had issues but Jessica was the ideal host. I would definitely recommend Jessica and her Orange Starfish on South Padre Island.

This was really a nice place to stay while on the South Padre Island ! It’s super cute and cozy. The Beach was close by as well as some of our favorite restaurants! We were very comfortable throughout our stay. Thank you Beto for making this such a pleasant visit and making sure we had everything we needed!

Comfortable apartment, close to the sea...great to be in with your family.

Clean, quiet area. Coffee shop on the corner, could walk everywhere. Condo was clean, comfortable, bright and welcoming!

Experience paradise at this stunning beachfront property, complete with an upgraded pool and multiple patios for soaking up the sun or enjoying meals during rainy days. With three bathrooms and showers, there's ample space for a large family to relax and unwind. The host demonstrated excellent communication skills, even when we needed to call them. We'll definitely be back!

we spent the month of January at the condo. everything was perfect. extremely clean, well stocked, and close to restaurants and bars. neighbour's are very friendly and so is scotty to dog. hope to do it again next year

We loved Robyn’s place. Very comfortable and clean. We really enjoyed the recliners with to relax after a day at the beach and pool. The beds were extremely comfortable. Accessing the apartment and the location was great, specially since it avoids the weekend/ summer traffic. You can walk to many places. We would definitely stay there again.

We had a good stay, very close to beach access 4. A/c gave us a bit of trouble but one could have been user error and the other not sure. Maria was very responsive and replied within minutes, even when it was late. Kitchen was fully equipped as stated, we were able to prepare all our meals. Only things missing were pizza cutter and oven mit but all totally manageable without. Loved that the pool was always empty when we were ready for a dip.

Excellent location, close by the beach everything was just a few miles away. The location was perfect, quiet and friendly place. The place was perfect for a weekend getaway.
