Really loved the home it’s a cozy and comfy we loved that we could take our pets & that we can fish 🎣 although we didn’t catch anything it was peaceful and beautiful outside. Host we’re so nice and responsive i definitely would stay again ☺️

Courtney and Ike's Alta Vista apartment is a lovely place to stay for short-term and long-term rentals. I enjoyed my stay so much I am hoping to extend my stay and return again if there is no availability :). The apartment has everything one needs to feel at home. The internet is fast, the laundry machines are great, and there are many places to sit outside comfortably with privacy. The apartment is tastefully decorated with many windows to provide light and fresh air if needed. In addition, the location is unique and naturally very beautiful. Courtney and Ike are very responsive and reliable when one needs any help. Thank you for an awesome stay that exceeded my expectations!

Our stay was awesome! Betty was amazing for her precise information on every little detail involved as far as arriving there and entering the condo. The location is great so convenient to so many things. everything you would need for a two week visit (what we did). She was so responsive to any questions or needs that we had. Thank you Betty so much for an enjoyable vacation getaway. we appreciated your hospitality and kindness so much.

This place was great since the moment I got there I loved it. It was clean and very organized, everything was labeled so made it so much easier. Had every cooking tool you could think of to cook and baking stuff as well. It’s gated in the back I saw a few coyotes when I was sitting in the patio at around 7pm it was pretty cool also I saw crabs walking around also and bunnies. It was a great place I would one hundred% recommend this place to stay at with your family the beach is just about 15-20 mins away H-E-B is about 8-10 minutes

Everything was very good, Carnalito always showed interest and supported in the doubts or any need that will be needed, everything worked very well without details, I would recommend a microwave oven, some slangs at the entrance, and exit from the bathroom for more cleaning, some cutlery and knives also. Everything was very good reception, description as such, a cozy and very quiet place is widely recommended.

Wow! What a beautiful property! The room was well stocked, cozy, clean and beautifully decorated! The pool and outdoor areas felt private and serene! It was the perfect location for our family. The hosts were so gracious and went above and beyond. They even surprised our little ones with an Easter egg hunt on Easter morning. It was so thoughtful and added a little magic to our kids’ stay. Thank you again!

The owners could not have been nicer. The property is beautiful, historic, and well maintained. We spent close to 2 months and felt virtually at home immediately. The fact that washers and dryers were available on site made the stay more comfortable. The owners have compiled a notebook that covers the questions a vacationer might have. Overall a very nice stay.
