Welcome to the Hillcrest Hideaway, our sweet backyard carriage house located in the Historic Hillcrest area of Little Rock. This charming and safe home is within a 15 minute walking distance of many restaurants and shopping, as well as UAMS hospital and War Memorial Stadium. Downtown is a 5 minute drive, or if traveling without a car, a $6 Uber ride. Please be aware during March and April you may hear construction from a house being built on the lot next door from 7-5 during the week.

Small studio (#4) in the heart of SOMA

This small apartment has one bedroom with a queen bed, separate desk/work area, full kitchen, and full bath. We live on the first floor and rent three apartments upstairs. Two blocks from shops, restaurants, bakeries, art museum, and brewery. Dogs are allowed, but no cats. We love cats, but have had problems with spraying.
