A Lovely Island Home with avatar - One of your time

Heybeliadali carpenter Andon USTA decided to build a house on Burak Reis Street in 1928. The bottom floor of the house, which ended in 1930, is stone, upper floor is masonry, ceiling and floor is wooden. Andon the carpenter lived in this house for many years. No one had lived in this house for many years after his death. The new owner started the restoration in 2003. In 2004, a new life began in this renovated house surrounded by flowers. There's woods in the back of the house, blue as far as the eye can see in the front and just the sounds of birds in the mornings...

Whole Island House Beautiful Seaview, 2m to Centre

We are on a beautiful island, Heybeliada =) It’s 150 years old island house, Mansion of Hristo Nikolaidis, nicknamed with rooster. It has beautiful sunrise lights in the morning and it takes 2-3 min. to the house from centre of island by walking. It has a beautiful balcony with great seaview. I have a cat at home, Luna, so friendly, calm. Kitchen has everything you need for cooking with 2 windows and also seaview. 🐿 (If you want rent for photo shooting, you need to ask for it and price.)
