The 50sqm apartment was put together with a lot of love to detail. The main living area has a fully equiped kitchen, a dinning area and a sleeper sofa. The bedroom and bath are seperate from the living area. Outside there is a terrace with a view on to the mountains. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood, approximately 10 minutes walking distance to the village, 3 minutes to the ski-jumping stadium and 7 minutes to the Nebelhorn Ski Lift. There is enough space for skis, bikes, etc.

We have furnished our bright and light-filled holiday apartment, which was completely renovated in 2016, with a lot of love for detail, in the style of the "hut fence". Our apartment in Wagneritz near Rettenberg is located in the middle of the beautiful Oberallgäu, at the foot of the green. 5 minutes to Immenstadt am Alpsee, 10 minutes to Sonthofen, 20 minutes to Oberstdorf. The apartment offers everything 2 people need for a nice, relaxing holiday. A separate entrance, a beautiful terrace, kitchen, bathroom, bed and a corner bench for beautiful hours. From the apartment you can walk directly to the Grünten (touring ski from the front door possible)
