Welcome! Enjoy the tranquility in the countryside, sports activities (e.g. running, cycling, horseback riding, tennis, etc.), the proximity to Vienna and Vienna Airport. Our house consists of two apartments and is located south of Vienna. By car or bus/train, the transport connection to Vienna is provided. The apartment on the upper floor is available for our guests. Shared use: house entrance (but own apartment entrance door), garden, pool (in summer in good weather, not heated and not secured)

The charming wooden house with a ship's floor in the cottage style is located in the countryside on the edge of the forest, in the beautiful thermal volcano region of the south-east of Styria, with a wide view of a gentle hilly landscape. Perfect for families seeking peace and quiet. A kitchen, two bathrooms with bathtub, all in beautiful white country house style. Two large terraces on the slope on a large wide area with pool. Absolute tranquility at the end of a forest path.

In the middle of the idyllic hilly landscape of the South Burgenland, a stylish country house with special charm awaits you. High-quality equipped, a beautiful garden overlooking the vineyards and the adjacent deer enclosure, as well as a picturesque courtyard that invites you to linger together. Our small, in-house farm shop and the wine cellar with selected regional specialties and a 12m long pool with lounge were all about. Only 4 minutes to the Therme Loipersdorf!

Fairytale Guest Suite for Vacation at Home A real gem is this 130 m2 suite with light-flooded living-sleeping loft and great views, private terrace by the pond, wellness bathroom with sauna, kitchen and bar. 5 min. from the Föhrenwald with the romantic castle Liechtenstein in view and 25 minutes. Forest path to the idyllic town of Mödling, a large garden and its own swimming pond create a peaceful, literally natural ambience to relax and enjoy.

Beautiful loft house with large pool and garden

Fantastic 180 m² living space and 1000 m² garden. Decorated for Christmas starting in December. Upper floor barrier-free with large wing, bedroom, reading corner, work area, bathroom and the large kitchen-living room with 2 kitchen areas. Lower floor: 2nd bedroom with bathroom, children's corner. Our garden: large pool with counter-current system, large grill, lounge corner with pergola and terrace with large awning. 💗

Welcome to our lovingly furnished holiday apartment. The apartment has a generously equipped kitchen, two separate bedrooms, large living room with TV, free WiFi and a balcony. There is a bicycle parking space in the garden, sunbathing and playgrounds with trampoline, stretch, swing, barbecue facilities and a large swimming pool. The garden is at your disposal and for the guests of our other apartment.
