Exclusive Holiday Home. Right at Lake Neusiedl.

We accommodated a total of 7 people in the house with a family of friends. There was enough space for this (the only thing was a missing seventh place at the table). We knew how to help and it didn't bother us any further. The house is super located with a great view of the lake from the upper floor. I particularly enjoyed this view. Also, thanks for using the SUPs. I love exploring the shore from the water. The children and also the adults liked to play table tennis in between. The area is very quiet at this time of year. We like that. Vienna can be reached quickly and offers variety accordingly. We will be happy to come back.

Our stay in the bungalow was a dream to be in. The perfect place to forget everyday life. We really felt very comfortable. The place is in an impeccable condition and the contact with Renate was impeccable! Vienna was just a stone's throw away and easily accessible for day trips. We fell in love. Thanks for the wonderful time!

We loved the quiet, pleasant location nestled in this beautiful landscape. It was easily accessible from Vienna and we immediately came to rest. The use of the outdoor area is unbeatable: we cooked in the treehouse, ate outside and showered. The sauna and campfire in the evening were also wonderful! The farm feeling immediately settled with Leo's chicken coop surrounded by vegetable beds. Leo and his family are very kind and helpful! We will be back!

We had an incredibly relaxing time, no one around, just the nature. Markus is a very kind and extremely responsive host, always been great communicating with him. I can highly recommend the cottage, for its very special location, spotless conditions and amenities. Thank you Markus we will be back soon !

We stayed in more than 25 Airbnb listings across Europe, but this one was definitely the highlight! Great location in the reed belt of Lake Neusiedl, right on the water. Individual, stylish, practical and fully furnished. Great terrace with full day direct sun. Canoe, stand-up and bicycles available for free use. The contact with Bene and Nadja was warm and uncomplicated. The original Airbnb thought is perfectly implemented: a private, not primarily commercial accommodation. For whom? Perfect for families or 2 couples. The location is quiet, but everything is easily accessible. Perfect for excursions, chilling in and at the house, in all seasons! 100% recommendation! 1

The getaway with Markus was fantastic. The place looks better than in the photos and is well equipped. Everything is available to feel home straight away. The house is well furnished and well cleaned. The view, the garden, the jacuzzi, the sauna as well as the entire furnishings of the house are top modern; we immediately felt at home. Markus is a great host: friendly, accommodating, proactive but not intrusive. The house is perfect for both a short break but also for a longer stay. It's like a small private spa stay. Parking space with charging station was also available and worked smoothly. We were completely satisfied and happy! I can 100% recommend the place and I'll be back for sure!

We had a great week in Purbach over New Year's Eve! The AirBnB was as described and perfectly equipped for 4 people! Communication also worked flawlessly! We were particularly enthusiastic about the location: right on the lake, but also very close to Bratislava and Vienna! Thanks for a great stay :)

The place is very very nice, we felt comfortable during the stay, also the conservatory is an absolutely sweet dream, you could not get enough of the view. Shopping facilities are very easy to reach on foot, just like the train station or the outdoor swimming pool:) It has the right balance to the everyday life we needed:)
