The house was very clean and tidy. The kitchen had the basics for cooking, we felt comfortable as if we were in our own home. The kitchen and lounge area is quite spacious. It was very nice that all of the rooms were en-suite. Thanks to the host. We would definitely recommend it to those who will come to Iznik.

We had an amazing stay at Ersin’s place! The house was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had a stunning backyard that made our stay even more enjoyable. The space was incredibly comfortable, making it easy to relax. Ersin was a great host, and we would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

From the moment we booked, Seda was incredibly responsive, answering all our questions and providing clear details about the location, WiFi, and access code to the building, making our arrival seamless. Upon check-in, Emad greeted us warmly, handed us the keys, and ensured everything was in order. He was always just a message away, promptly addressing our requests with kindness and efficiency. The check-in and check-out process couldn't have been smoother! The apartment was spotless and truly felt like home. It had three bedrooms—two with double beds and one with three single beds—making it perfect for families or groups. The location was fantastic—just a short walk to shops and a supermarket only 6 minutes away. A thoughtful touch was the disposable slippers provided for indoor use, which made our stay even more comfortable. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Bursa city or Uludag attractions.

Seyma is an incredible host; she is very helpful, communicative, and assisted us with all of our questions and requests. She even offered calling the restaurants we had reservations for in order to get us discounts! We had a minor incident in the house that left one of the doors damaged (entirely due to our fault), and she was very understanding and transparent (with the damage costs), and did not get mad at all. We spent New Year's eve in this house, and it was a great break from the city life!

Thank you so much to Mr. Yalcin for everything. She was helpful in everything, her interest was very good until she left. We loved that she heated the house and burned the somina before we arrived. We had everything we needed in the house. The sound of the terrace, the fireplace, the jacuzzi was full of peace. In Sansimiza, we had fun full of snow with our children. In the morning, we took our fresh eggs from the chickens, there were areas and toys for the children to play, and we had a very fun and peaceful holiday with our children. Although the weather was not very cold, the fireplace and the UFOs were sufficient, we did not have any problems in terms of the cold. It was very enjoyable to enter the hot tub in the snowy weather outside. Everything was great, we never wanted to leave if we could stay longer. After that, our favorite place on our little vacation

Ali Bera Bey, He provided us with the amenities he mentioned. We were satisfied. Even though we went on the stove, there was enough wood. We also had no problems with the heating. We found it spacious, spacious and peaceful.
