Holiday rentals with breakfast in Bury St Edmunds

Lesley's home was very conveniently located near where our business meetings are as well as all the shops and restaurants that we needed on the 5 days we spent in Chelmsford. Her home is pristine and the room where we stayed is very restful. Lesley is a brilliant host, getting out of her way to provide us with one of the best service we've had in an AirBNB stay and we have been in quite a few. We would certainly love to come back next time we have events in the area. Thank you very much for hosting us, Lesley! We're praying you more success in your AirBNB business.

Very comfortable stay. Spotlessly clean, very comfy bed, warm shower and quiet. We had everything we needed and car is parked next to front door. Perfect.

After some helpful calls with Tibouche, we arrived to a clean and welcoming space that was perfect for my 26th birthday party / New Years' celebration. Tibouche and her husband were very welcoming, and left us to orchestrate things ourselves. I'd recommend this lovely house to anyone wanting to have a big private party, although I'd take advantage of the BnB element of this house more than we did!

Everything was impeccable. The room, and house in general, was extremely cozy and warm. Jane was a kind and delightful host. Highly recommended for those who enjoy the peace and quiet. Thank you so much for the great, albeit brief, stay! Location was amazingly close to museums, great neighbourhood pubs and restaurants— all within comfortable walking distance.

We had a wonderful stay at Sarah’s. Very quiet and comfortable quarters, set off the street behind a charming courtyard. Great neighborhood with lots of ethnic restaurants and lively pubs . Only drawback is parking—nearby streets are restricted to residents only (Sundays excepted), so we had to park at the train station, about a 12 minute walk and $20 a day. But this is a minor quibble. A great base camp for exploring Cambridge.

Charming farm estate in English countryside. Rooms were renovated and clean, the breakfast included was amazing therefore the overall stay was perfect. Would love to go back.

We love staying here and this was our third visit. It's perfect for my son and Andrew and Carol are really friendly and don't mind having a mad toddler running about their garden! Excellent breakfast and my son was very happy with his big bowl of fruit salad every morning and enjoyed the toast with apple jam as well.

We had a wonderful stay at Clowns guest house. The accommodation was a really high standard, the bed was very comfortable. The location was perfect for visiting my cousin in the village. We would highly recommend Lydia’s place.

Pleasant and easy stay within close walking distance to city center. Accommodations exactly as described. The flat was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. Our booking was very last minute and I’m glad that we were easily accommodated. Thank you Anthony & Caryn!

Loved James’ place 💖 We were visiting my friend nearby and how fortunate we were to stay at his place! It was so cozy and felt like home. The bed was very comfortable (we only slept in the master bedroom) and the modern kitchen was thoughtfully laid out. Quiet neighbourhood but super accessible to everything - short walk to grocery stores & nearby parks. Appreciated detailed instructions and recommendations! Will definitely come back and stay again (if James likes us :D) + also, spotted some cute wild foxes nearby! Very exciting!

Great place, easy access, clean and comfortable

We stayed at Stuart's apartment for a weekend and were very happy with our stay. The apartment was clean, tidy, spacious and functional located a very short walk from the town centre with pubs, bars and restaurants all nearby. Would recommend to anyone looking to visit Ipswich or just for time away to relax.

Really enjoyed my stay , both Rachel and Marilyn very helpful and responsive to messages. It was an ideal location personally for me visiting relatives . Very comfortable bed. Lovely to have some provisions for breakfast especially the homemade marmalade . It was good to meet Marilyn the owner who made me feel very welcome.

A lovely warm welcome and very comfy bed awaits you. Despite a car not being available to collect from the booked time at Avis Stansted which impacted on our arrival significantly, (beware!), Kitty was adaptable and understanding. A great spot to use for exploring all the joys of NE Suffolk and SE Norfolk. We have already re booked! Say no more…

Spotless and beautifully presented accommodation. Bathroom very clean and a great powerful shower. Breakfast items including milk and butter provided which was a lovely touch. Parking spot right outside the door which made it easy to move in and out.

Riona is an amazing host who cannot do enough for you. Lovely to talk to and extremely helpful. The place is immaculate and furnished beautifully. The local village is really pretty and there is lot of other lovely villages within short distance if you wish to explore the area. Riona does a wonderful breakfast and keeps the place absolutely spotless. Higly recommend for a stay in the Norfolk area

We had a lovely stay at Sophie's and would stay again. Sophie was very hospitable and friendly and always responded quickly and clearly. the House and location are beautiful abd we had a lovely time walking through the village and exploring everything. So quaint !! we also visited Flatfird Mill which is not far by car and National Trust too as well as where Constable painted his famous picture "The Haywain.

The B&B was easy to find and perfectly located. We were met by Yosita upon arrival, despite our delays. Yosita made us feel at home immediately and nothing was too much trouble. The rooms were exactly as described and totally met our needs. The breakfast was excellent, no matter what was ordered. We would thoroughly recommend it to anyone.

A very peaceful location. The accommodation was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Pop was extremely kind and helpful.

The Maltings is quiet and secluded being just off the beaten track. However, finding it was made so much easier by Shirley's clear instructions sent out prior to arrival. The accommodation is spotlessly clean and snuggley warm with all the facilities you need for a few days away. The breakfasts were delivered at check-in and were more than enough for our 4 day stay. (A fine selection of cereals, yoghurt, fruit, juice and pasteries.). It is well placed for days out across the whole of East Anglia, with plenty of places of interest within an hour's drive. Would happily stay again.
