Excellent accommodation over looking the river with a pub/restaurant within 100m. Local walks to exercise or look at the local nature. Ideal accommodation to fit our family in and a great place to relax or travel to local attractions. Emma was great providing us with all the useful information you would otherwise have to research yourself. All the space was spot on and the hot Tub was fantastic to relax in either day or night. Would definitely recommend.

My family and I had a brilliant two weeks stay at Gareth and Adam's house in Hitchin. Gareth and Adam were both brilliant hosts who made us feel completely at home. They went above and beyond our expectations, which made the experience feel more like a five star hotel than an AirBnb. The house is well located, a couple of minutes walk from the train station. We really enjoyed spending the summer evenings in the garden. Highly recommend.

We had a fabulous stay at the property, it really is such a stunning home. The open plan kitchen is beautiful! The beds were super comfy, the sofas too! Living in the USA I visit family here every year, this time we planned to stay for an extended period of over three weeks. So we wanted a spacious house, in a good location to the train station and central Cambridge, with dedicated parking, and this home matched and delivered on those needs. The house was nicely furnished, clean, and comfortable, and the price was very reasonable. The train station is an 8 minute walk; central Cambridge 20-30 minutes. There is no on-street parking for non-residents so the driveway parking spot was important to have. Some initial problems (mostly by me not reading the home guide fully) were quickly sorted out; I was very pleased with this and would use this host again. We had a birthday party and the place was perfect for 18 of us, adults and kids. Only issue for us was the lack of a dryer as stayed here for so long during the winter and fully drying clothes was a bit of a chore. Otherwise completely satisfied!

Cherie was extremely friendly and her house is fresh, clean and welcoming! Lovely and warm. Quiet, residential area but not far to walk into the centre... along the river or through the green parks.

We had a wonderful stay at Luke’s place for a weekend of friends catching up. Easy to find, easy to check in and we had all amenities needed. Some lovely thoughtful touches were also left for us to use such as shower gels and shampoos etc. the only sticking point was we couldn’t get the ice machine to work in the fridge and could have used some more baking trays for such a large group

Really enjoyed our 2 night stay in this ground floor apartment. Well laid out, beautifully furnished & spotlessly clean. Look forward to staying again when we come to visit our family in Southwold.

We really enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect to explore the city and further afield. The apartment was light, spacious, clean and well equipped. The instructions given for the parking were clear and only a 2 minute walk to the apartment.

I highly recommend this flat if you want to explore Felixstowes best places.

We had a lovely weekend stay at Sarah’s place, it was very cosy and well equipped. It is in a fantastic location very close to the high street with beautiful independent shops and great cafes. It is a short walk to the beach hut, which was a lovely haven on a windy December day. Sarah was great from the start with excellent clear instructions and advice. Thank you for a wonderful stay

The flat is located at the most convenient place (and peaceful), a few minutes walk from the railway station, many shops and restaurant nearby. The kitchen is well equipped and the flat is spacious. We had a really comfortable stay. Jon was so helpful and we can't thank him enough. We'd like to give more than 5 stars if allowed. Highly recommended.

Was a stunning stay, apartments was exactly as pictured. Was immaculate clean the whole way through m. Host was so assertive with communication and helpful with any questions. If you’re looking for a nice quiet little get away it’s perfect. Halstead is a quiet village but everything is accessible with a 10 minute walk. Would highly recommend and will most definitely be returning. Thank you again

What a little gem! It was easy to find because of Amanda’s super clear instructions. The space was cleans and cozy and had everything you needed for a nice stay. Location was super close to the A1307 and local villages. Nice walks and really close to St. Ives. All the amenities were of high quality and super comfortable. Amanda was very responsive to all my messages and super accommodating. Such a nice person which I believes makes a difference when you’re staying in someone’s house- even if it separate. I’d definitely stay again!!!

We had an amazing stay at Sam’s place! The apartment was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay – cozy bed, well-equipped kitchen, and a lovely hot tub! The location was perfect too – making it easy to explore the area. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would definitely stay here again! Highly recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing and hassle-free getaway.

We enjoyed meeting Carole and her son, plus dogs and chickens! It was nice to explore the interesting garden and taste her excellent home made jam. PS The provision of milk and croissants was a nice surprise.

The accommodation was a great choice. It is located close to Cambridge city centre. It is stylish and modernly furnished, warm and comfortable with all modern facilities and conveniences. This comes with a private and modernly furnished patio garden. The flat is spotlessly clean, warm and cosy. We had a 3 night stay, that because of the owner's support in providing a free parking permit meant that we left the car parked up for the duration of our stay. It is a short 10 minute walk from the accommodation into the main shopping and hospitality centre of Cambridge which is an impressive and historical city. The accommodation is located on the ground floor that made arrival and unpacking quick and easy. We have throughly enjoyed the accommodation and hope we may return again in the near future. The owner, Felicity was particularly helpful, very pleasant and supportive from the outset of our arrival. She provided a welcoming presence on arrival. Thank you from us both.

The Garden Studio is hands down one of the best Airbnbs we have ever stayed at!! Ann and Simon have every aspect of a home from home covered, and then some! The layout, the access, the welcome goodies and all the mod cons are provided, not to mention the hot water pressure, which is amazing. We spent a lovely few days here over Christmas and we would not hesitate to book again! Thank you so much for sharing your home with us.

Me and my wife stayed here for New Year’s Eve. We wanted. Change from the house party vibe, and stumbled across this lovely place. Annetta is a lovely host, very friendly and was happy to help if needed. We enjoyed the location, such a wonderful house surrounded by countryside. The jacuzzi was amazing! We were so excited to stay at Butley Mill and it exceeded our expectations. Everything was perfect. Sarah even left us homemade cakes plus a welcome Hamper. So thoughtful. After arriving late in the evening we were excited to see the view the next morning. Wow! What a stunning view. We were even lucky enough to see the otters swimming in the lake. Thank you Sarah, we had an amazing few days in your beautiful apartment.
