The place was fantastic! Great location, very cozy, conveniently located, close to all that Balat has to offer. Ișil, was amazing 👏! she met us on the first day, did a detailed walk through of the space, showed us around the neighborhood, and was available for any of our questions while we stayed at her gorgeous space. she even helped us with unstanding local transportation. Would absolutely stay again. Communication was second to none. Thank you, thank you!

The apartment was very close to the center which is great! At first we didn't realize that we would be split into two apartments, but in retrospect it was great. In the lower apartment we had one bedroom, a kitchen and a living room, which served as our common area. Great layout)) The apartments were clean, tidy and comfortably furnished. When we arrived the beds were already made, which was of course great after the long flight! Also their offers for transfer, and info about restaurants etc, transportation cards and to have some wine options in the flat were so thoughtful, thank you! All in all a very nice apartment with a great location. It is both quiet in the apartment and close to endless activities in the center! For our next time, we would choose this place again!

If you are looking for a refuge that offers peace, inspiration, comfort, and access to the city--this is the place. Our family (2 parents, 2 grandparents, 2 children, and a baby) had no idea what a gem we had found until we walked into this space. The space is divided into three floors, which provides a great amount of division for a larger family like ours. The bottom space with kitchen, dining room, and a beautiful (let me say it again), beautiful sun room and garden served as community space that is unmatched in tranquility and options. Tao and his team were expertly organized (communicating every detail of check-in beforehand, arranging for baby bed and high chair, answering all questions that we had, and even providing a great map of surrounding restaurants, cafés, groceries, and shops). On the day of checkout, the Tao worked with our family to make sure that we were able to enjoy our final hours in the city without concern for luggage or being without a hub for the day.

This apartment is a treasure that Gokce y Derya have furnished and accessorized with elegant simplicity and keen attention to the comfort and care of their guests. The bed is comfortable, the linens and towels are of excellent quality, the kitchen has an abundant array of dishes, utensils, and cookware, and the bathroom has fine hand soap and shower gels. There is even filtered water for drinking and cooking and a cut glass carafe of water by the bed. The apartment is in a safe and quiet neighborhood above the town. It is an easy walk to restaurants, shops, and the bus station which is the hub for public transport. Gokce y Derya are responsive, but non-intrusive, hosts who care about the comfort and care of their guests. I was encouraged to relax and feel at home during my stay. I had a lovely time in their home.

I had an absolutely amazing stay at Lou’s place! This is one of the best accommodations I have ever experienced. The neighborhood is one of the most prestigious and highly regarded areas in Istanbul, and I always felt completely safe and secure. The location is easy to find, and public transportation is just a short walk away, making it very convenient to explore the city. The apartment itself is spotlessly clean, beautifully maintained, and offers a stunning panoramic view of the Bosphorus. It truly felt like a home away from home. Lou is a fantastic host, and I can wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone looking for a safe, beautiful, and welcoming stay in Istanbul.

Amazing stay! Yalçın was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our visit. The apartment on the 15th floor had stunning views, and we even had an unexpected but adorable cat visitor at the window, which made the experience even more special. Everything was perfect, clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. I’d highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great stay!

Staying at the property was an unforgettable experience, and we couldn’t have asked for better hosts! We stayed for almost 3 months and loved the long stay experience. The place is cozy and comfortable. From the moment we arrived, the host went above and beyond to make us and our cat—feel truly at home. In prep for our arrival, they converted the balcony to a catio, which made eating outdoors even more fun with our indoor cat. Any questions we had were answered promptly. From offering thoughtful advice about local vets and places to see, the recommendations gave us a richer, more authentic Istanbul experience. We wholeheartedly recommend this place and the trusted care of its hosts.

This is a wonderful apartment, even better than pictures show. The building is secure. The apt is safe, I am female and slept with bedroom window open, assured by owners it was safe. It is Istanbul, so it is on steep street. I walked, but taxi's are easy thru Uber app. Doorman Celal is a charming man, ready to help you (you'll need google translator, unless you speak Turkish) Apt is clean and well furnished. Kitchen has Elec hot water kettle and 2 types of coffee machines, if that is your thing. Plenty of kitchen basics to prepare meals, (pots, dishes, etc) For me personally, the most comfortable bed and the best pillows ever for side sleepers!! I slept better than at home, seriously! I highly reccomend this property and the Owners. 5+ stars

Great location. Nice spacious room. Ideal place. Very quiet inside. A bit of noise from the road, but nothing extraordinary. In conclusion, a very fine place to stay in Istanbul.

Thank you Mr. Nuri for everything. It was a very pleasant and comfortable stay. Our host approached every question positively and result-oriented. It was very good in terms of location. The metro was next to the neighborhood, and if you came with your car, there was an indoor parking lot. Places such as markets and fast food were within walking distance. We will definitely prefer Mr. Nuri for our next stay.

The house can be just as comfortable as shown in the photos. I would definitely like to stay in this house again when I need to stay in Istanbul. There are many grocery stores and restaurants where it is located. The bus stop is also very close to the house. In addition, having a police station next to you makes you very comfortable. The moment we entered the house, we understood that it was freshly cleaned from the smells. The interior was very tidy and clean, and we had no problems with that. Despite the cold weather, the inside of the house was warm. An iron, dryer, dishwasher, washing machine and even a baby chair were put according to your need. Ms. Özge contacted us right away when we had a question, thank you very much. I would recommend it to anyone who will go to Istanbul and stay with my eyes closed. It was a beautiful trip.
