The Hostess Lynette was amazing and acted promptly with any issues I had. The Unit is in a good location and the pool and gym are quite nice. Also, the Unit is larger than most in the building, which made for a comfortable stay.

Huge place with high ceilings. This is a rarity in Manila. The only issue is that the shower does not get hot. But besides that- this was an excellent stay and best actually I have had here in Manila.

We went there to celebrate my mom's 60th birthday. The accommodation was cozy, the air conditioning was cold, the WiFi was fast, and the place was clean. The caretaker was accommodating and assured us that she was available in case we needed help. Booking this place on Airbnb was completely hassle-free. Julie was easy to talk to and provided very straightforward and clear instructions! My parents enjoyed the relaxing vacation. Thank you!

The place is recommended for big groups. It is just a few-minute walk going to the beach. The place also has a balcony with the lagoon view where you can enjoy your morning coffee. The host also provides freebies such as 2 boxes of banana chips and 2 ref magnets. Overall it's a great experience staying here and will definintely go back in the future.

This little loft unit punches above its weight in cleanliness, charm, convenience and coziness! Amelie is well versed on the area and has vetted recommendations on awesome restaurants, shopping and attractions within short walking distance. Walk to Greenbelt, SM, and Glorietta shopping centers. The queen bed plus 2 fold-down couches are perfect for singles or a couple. The location across two green parks—a rarity in Makati, is a major plus. Cross the street for the Legazpi Sunday market. Highly recommended!

I love that it is close to St. Luke’s Medical City and BGC high street! A lot of restaurants around the area.

A roomy apartment and well equipped kitchen. However, the location on Timog is a bit noisy and the hotel/condo in which the unit is located is not too well maintained. For instance only one elevator of two has been functioning for several years. Nevertheless, I will stay with Karen again next time I'm in Quezon City.

Second time booking in this unit and I’m in love! Ate Grace and kuya Bobong was very welcoming and friendly, they also are really fast to reply whenever we need something. The place was very clean and you literally got almost all you need inside as they provide them for you. The whole place is very cozy and comfortable, not to mention the high-tech toilet and the bed that you don’t want to get out of! The place is also near malls and groceries as they’re just few minutes walk away which is very convenient if you need something quick! We would love to come back again if we ever go on a vacation again in the Philippines! Thank you ate Grace for hosting us. :)

Delighted to find a cozy place that meets European & American standards in the Ortigas area! The strong hot water, speedy Wifi, dual A/C units and other amenities made me think I was back home, while being right in the middle of some of the best shopping and dining spots in the city. Also love the industrial/retro decor. Definitely 5 stars!

We had such a wonderful stay! The host was super responsive and always quick to assist with any questions we had, which made the whole experience smooth and hassle-free. The caretaker was also incredibly friendly and went out of their way to make sure we felt comfortable and welcome. The place is definitely great value for money—especially with the stunning views you get from the unit. It’s such a unique and relaxing experience, and we’d absolutely love to stay here again!

it's nice to stay at the place, it's comfortable, we had a great stay at the place, I feel like I'm in my own house and it's clean, the host is very friendly in communication and giving instructions, it's nice to come back to stay in the next trips.

definitely enjoyed our stay at Trixia'd place. the place was definitely more than enough for 2 adults and 1 pet. I love how we found it easy to go their place considering it was at night and it was our first time there. I also appreciate how accommodating Ms Trixia and Ate were.

We had a nice chill stay. The location was convenient and near the party I attended to. The caretakers were also responsive and helpful. I went back to the place around 10pm and thankfully they'll still open the garage for you.

It looks exactly like the pictures. I'd say its good for 2-3 people to stay in but nothing more than that. The host is very responsive and gives clear instructions. Accessible to a lot of restaurants, groceries and shops.

Super worth the price yung place considering it has 2 rooms and very spacious living room. The host is super friendly and responsive. Left our shirt and shoes and they were kind enough to return our things. Will definitely book this place again.
