Mr. Carlos was very attentive from the moment of arrival. I help us with the lighting of the grill and at the end of the afternoon I invite us to the karaoke of his own house. A very quiet place with beautiful views, definitely a place we are going to frequent with friends

"If you're looking for the perfect family spot, this is the place for you! The location is ideal, within walking distance of a fantastic restaurant and a large mall. We even found a karaoke bar nearby. The city views from the apartment are amazing! The host, Cesar, was friendly, responsive, and always available. I would highly recommend this place if you're visiting the beautiful city of La Paz."

We had a wonderful stay at Victoria’s place - would highly recommend staying here when visiting La Paz. Area was quiet and safe, close to the teleférico with good cafes nearby. Beautiful view from the bedroom of the mountains too. Thank you for a wonderful stay Victoria!

Beautiful and well kept condo, with lots of space. On chilly days the condo never felt cold. Public transportation is nearby. And the owners left plenty of recommendations on where to shop, where to eat and what to do. The pool and sauna rooms were kept clean. Only thing that bugged me was the gym, which wasn't really a gym. It was just 4 cardio machines, 2 which were not working and 1 kept making a weird sound when operating it. But the owners don't control the gym so that does not take away from the fact that this Airbnb is awesome place to stay.

very convenient to everything. Host met me to help me get in. super clean. very comfortable beds. quiet building and neighbors. we had some water heater issue but host was very quick to respond and fix it. internet worked great the entire stay.

I spent a month in this apartment, for work. Patricio was a perfect host always attentive. the apartment is well located in the South area of La Paz m, with good quality restaurants, shops and cafe. you will find a supermarket next door. the building is new, clean with a laundromat. Communication with Patricio was nickel via W@ts@app. I would highly recommend it.

My stay at this apartment was perfect. From the moment I arrived, communication with the host was excellent, always attentive and willing to help with everything I needed. The apartment is as shown in the photos, clean, well equipped and with a cozy decor that makes you feel at home. The location is ideal, with easy access. Also, the bed is very comfortable, which guarantees a good rest.

the apartment was spacious, situated in a good direction and the check in and check out process was very smooth. the apartment was very cold but the host provided us heaters which solved this issue i wish they had curtains in the bedroom as it can get very bright and makes it difficult to sleep also the windows are quite thin and it’s right next to a school so it can be very loud

Our stay at Carlos's was just perfect. This is the cleanest place we've had of our entire trip to Latin America, it was all about the bedroom, kitchen, or bathroom. Carlos is a very responsive and accommodating host. We were able to drop off our bags before check-in and leave them after checkout. We were also able to make a machine for no extra charge. We recommend this accommodation 100%.

this appartement is definitely to recommend. Rudy did his best to be there for question and also took care of even a little issue. I prefer to see the effort and know that if it would be something serious to can count on. The location is nice and quiet. The wellnessoption are amazing.
