I had a wonderful time at this amazing apartment in Pisa. My had our two dogs, and the large enclosed garden was perfect for them! The apartment is clean and comfortable and has very cozy lighting. It is close to everything in Pisa with a great cafe close by. The clothes washer was great and there's a laundromat with a dryer very close by. I highly recommend this stay, and the host was so nice and accommodating.

Romantic Alcova a stone's throw from the city center but with the qualities of the country house, quiet and retired. Beautiful property where we spent a week relaxing and that we used as a base to visit Pistoia and the Apennines. Mrs. Gianna, an impeccable guest. I recommend it

Amazing home! Cozy and location is beautiful. Sunsets on the terrace are breathtaking. Isabella is very kind and accommodating and provided great recommendations. The place is a short drive to many restaurants and grocery store. Would stay again!

Silvia's welcome is excellent, already with the heating on. The house was super clean, the blankets were perfectly clean and everything as described... he also recommended some things for the carnival. We had a wonderful stay at the small house by Lake Vagli. It’s well-equipped and offers absolute tranquility with starlit nights and a cozy garden perfect for stargazing or watching squirrels. This spot is ideal for nature lovers who enjoy a slower pace. Phone signal is limited, but Wi-Fi works great, allowing you to disconnect without feeling isolated. The lake is just a few minutes' walk away, with clear and warm water for a refreshing swim, though there’s no traditional beach. The garden’s jacuzzi, loungers, and awning provide comfort even on hot days. The house was a great base for exploring Tuscany, and we loved returning to the peaceful haven each afternoon. Note that a car is essential, as the nearest restaurants and shops are about a 20-minute drive away. We highly recommend this place for anyone seeking a quiet escape. We’re confident the hosts will continue to maintain this lovely spot, making it an even more special retreat in the future.

Barbara,very responsive,made the house available in a very short time (less than 12h). It'sa real slice of paradise; the photos may not reflect the beauty of the place enough. A spacious, beautiful, thoughtfully finished home, tastefully furnished, and design details. All rooms have bathroom with shower in the room. Everything is equipped and if you need anything extra B. it is very quick to try to satisfy you. Spectacular panoramic location, surrounded by silence, surrounded by nature with woods and olive trees with a breathtaking sea view. Our dogs have enjoyed a very large and fenced garden. The swimming pool is kept with care and fully enjoys privacy. The whole area has sunshine until sunset. In about 15 minutes you are at the sea, with wide and beautiful beaches. Our vacation started very badly elsewhere, here it turned into a super vacation! Barbara SUPER host, for anything that goes out of her way to accommodate you. We'll be back soon

We spent a wonderful week in Cristina's house in Fabbiano and really enjoyed our break from everyday life there. The house is beautifully integrated into the small, quiet, very romantic place. You enjoy a wonderful view of the valley and the mountains from the garden and can also take a beautiful hike from the house. Cristina's welcome was very warm and made us feel really welcome in her house. We could always ask them if we needed advice. The garden is fantastic. Unfortunately, it was already too cold for the pool. For this, we enjoyed the fireplace. Despite the mixed weather, we did a lot because the house is centrally located between the sea, the mountains and some very beautiful cities (e.g. Viareggio, Lucca, Pisa, Bargo). Since the garden is completely fenced, our dog was also able to move freely the whole time. For small families who love tranquility and seclusion, the house is ideal

This is the reason we travel air bnb. The apartment is in the garden of an Italian villa house. It is spacious, spotless and beautifully renovated. Fresh persimmons falling from the tree in the garden. The host was wonderful- she kept in touch regularly and each day suggested things we might want to see and sent specific directions for where to park in the local towns. She left us fresh eggs one day. They can suggest where to go for a wine tasting as well. The location is just a km outside san gimignano. With your car you can easily visit many of the delights of Tuscany. We had a wonderful time here.

We reached the destination and immediately felt like being at home. Such a nice country-house, quiet surroundings and a most gorgeous and large pool. We had a lovely stay at Carlo and Elena's. The fenced garden and pool were a real plus. Not to mention all the little touches Carlo was able to have for us, and even a gift for our little puppy. The place is peaceful surrounded by mountains with beautiful views. We would recommend this house and its host because everything was perfect!

A fantastic time. We were very satisfied with our 2 toddlers. The apartment looked much better than in the photos. Sparkling clean and well equiped kitchen. We had the most fun by the pool, beautiful views, and super quiet. Only 45 min. from Pisa Tower. The hostess was very nice and helpful. We will definitely come back.

We stayed in this house during the Lucca fair. The hosts immediately welcomed us warmly, along with the very sweet dog Luna, making us feel like we were at home. The house is located above a hill of Balbano, thus ensuring a great silence. Having a large garden, it also has ample parking, which is not to be underestimated. The house is still under renovation so it's a nice house, but with a few small fixes still missing. Overall a good experience.

The place is really a dream come true! We had a lovely, relaxing time at Deborah's place. The pool and location is great and Deborah gives great recommendations, is totally warm-hearted and you feel right at home. And enjoyed it so much that we want to come back again!

Clean and comfortable. Great to cook in the kitchen. Nice big shower with good pressure and enough towels. Enjoyed our 4 nights during the New Year and the heating was very good. Great location.

Great location, quiet, well equipped and clean. We had a wonderful stay at this place. The location is simply fantastic – quiet yet easily accessible. The house is very well equipped and everything was clean and tidy. We would like to emphasize the warm outdoor shower, which was the absolute highlight for our children. We will be happy to come back!

Fantastic apartment about 30 mins from Pisa. There is a regular bus service. There is not much in Gabella - a cafe/bar, pizzeria, supermarket and petrol station - so if you are looking for a small village feel with coffee shops and bakeries this is not for you. But it is a lovely spot and we enjoyed almost two weeks there. Lucca is a 30 minute drive away and Florence was easy to get to on the train. Elisabetta and her husband are wonderful hosts who go the extra mile to make your stay comfortable and stress free.

The house is more beautiful than the photo. The neighbors are good and helpful. As a traveller u have everything here you can imagine. We really enjoyed the terrace back at the kitchen. Perfect place and perfect city to enjoy. We met the owner the next day. She is cool and beautiful 😍🤭. Very nice people and nice place. We will back for sure!

Merit more than 5 stars! Very pretty house with beautiful materials, beautiful equipment. Everything available. Have even left enough to make breakfast (butter milk, jam...) and condiments. Private entrance, secure and garden! A perfect welcome, very nice and in English! Really perfect we recommend + + ++++ +++++ ++++ ++! And THANK YOU to our hosts and the young man who welcomed us.
