The property is beautifully situated on the mountain, above the village. You have a view of the valley, the sea and the picturesque mountain village. Pietro and his wife were a very likeable couple and helped us at all times. The place is very nice, clean and modern. We were very comfortable! Thank you.

Andrea was very ambitious to give us the best recommendations for the area around the flat. Everything was nice and we can proudly recommend Andrea and his flat!

Our farmhouse for the week was everything we needed! Complete peace away from everything in beautiful countryside. An easy 8 min drive into town where we rented bikes ( great rides in area) and ate at local restaurants. Our hosts were incredibly friendly and warm and even welcomed us with a delicious homemade pie! Although we were there in the Fall, the pool and outdoor area was very inviting! Highly recommend for a place away from the big city of Florence ( only 45 min away!)

What a nice surprise! Peaceful accommodation in the countryside, very clean ... functional kitchen, large bathroom, comfortable beds... Mark was adorable: 48 hours before our arrival we had an explanatory video to arrive at the accommodation... the same day at 12:00 p.m. we had a message to tell us that we could anticipate our arrival because the accommodation was ready! Perfect… not to mention the bath towels for the shower … and the hot tub! We really enjoyed this relaxation area after a busy day! A place we would recommend without hesitation! Thank you Mark …

Thank you for a very nice stay. Alessandro was very helpful and communicative. We used his restaurant recommendations, to which we returned several times. The cottage was exceptionally clean and in addition beautiful views and sunsets from the garden. Next to it is a climatic olive grove. Our dog and we felt at ease in the well-fenced garden. The electric gate and private parking were very convenient.

Wonderful accommodation – Clear recommendation! My stay at Francesca's place was just great! The apartment was not only clean and cozy, but also equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Francesca was a wonderful host – warm, helpful and always available if you had a question. I am very grateful that I was allowed to stay here and felt completely comfortable. It has been a pleasure to stay in Villa Giacomo. The house is big, clean and it has everything you need, the pool is amazing and always clean . Personally, I highly recommend Villa Giacomo for who wants to spend nice time in pool, on the beach, surrounded by the nature and a strategic point to visit others places in Sicily. I hope to be back soon ! Thanks Giacomo .

the house was much more beautiful than we expected !! very nice and big kitchenette. The locaties near the brigde and the view on Borghetto is outstanding. the swimmingpool was perfect and the host very nice and helpfull. We were even invited for pizza with his friends. We had really a very nice stay !!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend. Barbara was gracious and great to work with. The house was charming and just as great as it looks on the listing. The property and grounds are amazing. The town nearby was fun to visit with everything you need and lots to see. You are also in easy driving range of the other main Tuscany towns. Nice pool for the guests to use, parking with gated entry, nice and secure

We were really good at Alberto's house and it's rare to have such an experience at the end of 2024, despite it being winter the house is warm, very clean and nothing was missing, we were at home quietly, Alberto was kind and very helpful, everything was perfect and especially in the morning when you wake up and open the window you see the sun rising from the sea. If there's a next time, I'd go back to this wonderful place.

The place is located in a beautiful serene area. The grounds are lush and peaceful. The local town has a very nice supermarket for food. We enjoyed our stay. The place was comfortable and the hosts were so accommodating and friendly. I highly recommend to anyone looking for a wonderful holiday in the country side.

Staying with Matteo was the perfect choice. The apartment is spacious,clean, andwell-equipped. Matteo was very helpful, responding quickly to our messages. Outside, there is a place and all the equipment for a barbecue and, most importantly, a parking space under the house. Great location. You can visit the beautiful Lago Maggiore,and Como is only 1 hour away. I recommend it with all my heart!

We found the apartment very clean and as described, and the hosts were very friendly. They gave us tips for excursions upon arrival. Anna Maria and her husband have created a little paradise here. If you are looking for peace, you will find it in this beautiful environment. The terrace is not only perfect for sunsets, but also for the view of the starry sky! The space was sufficient for us with two children, as we were mostly outside anyway. We can recommend the small shop in neighboring Colle d'Orano. We enjoyed the week in Patresi very much!

Suzanna's house was the last stop of a multi-day Puglia trip. We felt very comfortable in the house and enjoyed the evenings in the garden or on the terrace. We were enthusiastic about the opportunity to use the two bikes: We took a nice trip to Punta Prosciutto - the two bikes were older but well-functional after we had oiled them a little. We also appreciated the sympathetic welcome by Anna Lucia and her partner, who brought Foccia and red wine as a welcome gift. Anna Lucia gave us valuable tips and was also available at all times.

We had a wonderful week at Ale's cottage, with direct sea views and 2 islands. Ale sent a very accurate description of how to find her, incl. Photos of the main branches. It was easy for us to find. We were there with an SUV and 2 e-bikes, so we could easily reach the parking lot to our chalet, also down the slightly steeper road to the chalet. For all vehicles that do not have a higher wheelbase, there is a parking space above Ales house, you are downstairs in 3 -4 minutes walk. Ale gave us a warm welcome, and provided us with tips for restaurants and beaches in the vicinity. Our chalet had everything, there were two of us. 2 terraces, one with outdoor kitchen, in the bedroom there is air conditioning, which we used to fall asleep. We enjoyed the view over the sea to the islands from morning to evening, there was always something to see. We had a great time, thanks Ale!

we just visited Wims place for a birthday amd had an amazing time! the view is stunning and the house has everything you need. one thing to be aware of is there is no sound system for streaming music so of you are wanting music, make sure you take a good speaker. overall we had an amazing stay

I wish I could give this place 10 stars! Comfortable, cozy, and absolutely beautiful - a perfect Italian wine country weekend getaway complete with friendly goats.

You won’t meet a more kind and wonderful host! The apartment is spacious and great for a long or short-term stay. The location is very convenient for travelling to and from Venice. Would recommend to anyone! We loved our stay and would go back again.
