Rose and Pier’s picture-perfect villa is a stunning and convenient winter location. We thoroughly enjoyed the charming home and stunning surrounds which was easy to find from Florence and a convenient base for day trips to Chianti and broader Tuscan and Umbrian destinations. We had a couple of issues with the house (outside of the owner’s control) but even though they were travelling abroad themselves, they were responsive and had them rectified promptly. Thank you for our thoroughly enjoyable stay.

The accommodation far exceeded our expectations. The view is breathtakingly beautiful - you have the opportunity to grill overlooking the sea. Luca and his family were very nice and always available. The beach is in a few minutes' walk. We also thought it was great to borrow surfboards and kayaks to paddle and store our sup at the bottom of the beach. It is also great that you can use sun loungers and sunshades on the beach. The kitchen was well equipped and even a dishwasher and washing machine are provided. Above all, we enjoyed the peace and the view!

I had a wonderful weekend in this apartment that looks perfectly clean and cared for in every detail. The location is strategic, the host is very kind and super helpful. Highly recommended.

How nice to meet the host in person instead of the usual key box! Laura is very friendly and helpful, throughout the stay she was informed about how the stay was going. The house is really comfortable, accessible and beautiful, very bright. A nice balcony very comfortable to eat. We found cleaning and personal products. In the kitchen, sweets and deliciousness. In the evening the car is not needed because you are directly in the center near restaurants, bars, harbor, promenade to the sea. The only thing is the consumption expenses to be paid ( of which I was informed) but since it is the first time I have had no idea how much they could be. Instead, they've been restrained. I would definitely love to come back.

We’ve had an exceptional stay here. The apartment was very clean, and all necessary amenities were supplied. The WIFI was also really good which often isn’t the case. While the place is in the wine fields in a remote area, it is very accessible and only is about 5 minutes away from the beautiful of Peccioli. Special thanks to the owners which were very accommodating and friendly. They were always there to help or offer activities in the area. Overall it was a great stay and we cant recommend this AirBnB enough ☺️

Super friendly, the apartment was lovely and she even did provide an extra bed for our dog.

We had a quick 36 hour stop here during our honeymoon trek though Italy and Sara’s place was a great place to reset and relax for a bit. We loved visiting Volterra (relatively tourist free compared to our other stops) and the guest villa we stayed in was very cozy and comfortable. Sara and her husband were very helpful with anything we needed and they even left us a bottle of champagne on our last night!

We had the pleasure of staying a week at Fulvia's, who we found to be very kind and helpful for everything together with her husband. We had a very good time!
