Apartment holiday rentals in Campiglia Marittima

There were two of us at Laura's place and we were very satisfied. From the balcony in the kitchen we could see the sea and the beach is less than a 5-minute walk away. The apartment is perfect as a base for a holiday in Elba, as the harbor for the ferries and the old town with its many restaurants and attractions are within easy walking distance. I can recommend Laura's place with a clear conscience.

The host Chiara was very friendly, helpful and was quick to respond to questions. The apartment is really sparkling clean and everything is available and in good condition. A beautiful panoramic view with sunrises and the town of Rio nell’Elba was impressive. The private car park is extremely safe. The space is recommended. Thanks for the hospitality.

Very well maintained house, you can see that it has recently been renovated in every detail. Large spaces and also well furnished. The house is in a quiet area and close to everything you need. We had a very good time, Sabrina was always present for every minimum request, even in her advice on what to do and where to eat. Very fast check-in and check-out, no problem. I can only recommend!

It was more than we expected! The location is literally a few steps away from the beach. We found marina di campo to be the best beach on that side of the Island. Francesco is a top notch host and he makes sure that we feel like we’re at home and we did! Super kind and very responsive “lightning fast” . The place is clean, charming and updated. And his advice was spot on what to do during your stay. We would stay here again!! He also had provided chairs and an umbrella for the beach which is a big saver! 5 stars!!!!

We stayed in this apartment with our teenage daughters and our animals. The place is very clean and comfortable in a quiet area with a personal parking space. Easy to reach. It has everything you need to stay and we also found coffee, necessary for breakfast from the first days, oil, salt and everything you need. Alessandro told us to arrive before the scheduled check-in time and we were greeted by his father, a very friendly and helpful person. We visited a part of Tuscany always beautiful and, thanks to the good weather, it was wonderful days. Definitely to come back and recommend. Thank you Alessandro for everything.

Great location on one of the most beautiful beaches. You don't need a car to get to the beach or downtown. The warm outdoor shower was our highlight after a long day at the beach.

Very nice place. We may have underestimated the isolation of the site, increased by the poor condition of the roads. This significantly increased travel times. The surrounding countryside is beautiful and with the pool and sun it must be magical , a haven of peace after a day of sightseeing! Don't hesitate to contact the managers, they are very responsive. We had a heating issue without daring to report it... pbl settled the day before we left. A destination to recommend to nature lovers without teenagers... no WiFi in the property.

We had a wonderful family holiday in this secluded olive grove. Starting every day with a refreshing dip in the pool was our absolute favorite ritual. The area is ideal for easy and medium hikes. Our hosts were exceptionally friendly and helpful.

The host Marco is fantastic. Very helpful. We had a health issue and Marco then went to get us something immediately in the evening (we were not allowed to pay him for this). The apartment is spacious and bright and equipped with every comfort. Very good bed and large terrace with all privacy. The apartment is wonderfully quiet. Unfortunately, we had bad weather so we were able to enjoy everything less.

Roberta's flat is clean, functional and quiet. We used only 2 out of the 3 bedrooms and they were spacious. The bed was a bit soft for my liking but I still slept well. Our host warned us of potential noise coming from the nearby hospital but we didn't hear a thing during our 3 nights there. Walking distance to a small city beach, shops, restaurants and supermarkets. The old town is around 15 mins walking. The star of the show is really Roberta - very kind, thoughtful and responsive, very attentive and a lovely person to communicate with! Thank you so much, we hope to see you again if we ever come back to Elba :)

We had a wonderful vacation: Elba is a real paradise! With its thousand colors it enchanted us and we plan to return, when possible , always in Marzia's lovely little apartment. Located in the center of Rio dell 'Elba - so convenient for amenities - but it is quiet and has allowed us to spend a restful and regenerating vacation. It is well equipped and extremely clean and tidy. Marzia is an impeccable host: caring and very willing to support us with information and tips.

It was an emergency situation as they had canceled the last ferry . Sandra is super responsive and attentive despite the time. 🔝

We loved our stay there, will come back anytime

Sal was a lovely host, very kind and greeted us openly with his entire family there visiting. The house is 1km off the main road so quite remote, but very picturesque over the valley. He gave an overview of the apt and property at check-in and didn’t bother us during the stay, but said hello a few times by the pool ☺️ The AC in both rooms worked well and the bed was quite comfy - softer than any others we had over a month in Europe. The shower had a drain clog but I was able to clear, it is quite small though if you’re tall or wide 😉 (needed some shower soap). Kitchen had most things, would’ve liked some olive oil but they ran out of their production for the season. Sal did give us a stellar bottle of their wine from 2017 that was magnificent! Laundry was efficient in the pool house, and the pond and duck was peaceful. The pool area is lovely and plenty of chairs / umbrellas. A little further from main towns / restaurants than expected. Some excellent wineries nearby though!

Great place to stay and great host!

Gianmarco is one of the nicest host we ever met. Everything was absolutely perfect. The place is amazing, there is so much to do around and Gianmarco’s home is near Firenze, Pisa and Sienna that we have all visited. We came with our 20 month old son who also loved the place! Our only regret is not having brought our extended family with us because I am sure that everyone would have felt at home. The apartment was simply impeccably clean and very pleasant to live in despite the heat. I highly recommend this place and as promised to Gianmarco we will definitely come back as soon as possible!

La Gualda Vecchia: a picturesque idyll away from the hustle of everyday life. On 9 hectares of forest in the middle of the wild and at the same time redemptively quiet Tuscany, the two hosts have realized their lifelong dream. And luckily, they let us share it. The house with its Tuscan charm, stylish rooms and lovely furnishings rests on a small hill from which you can look into the depths of the Etruscan forests. And all around: a garden that was not completely discovered even after a few days. Walking from the yurt across the path of emotions, to the SPA, past a small greenhouse and then through the vegetable and flower garden you can forget the time. It was just incredible! Thank you for everything!!!
