Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Cannaregio, Venice

The place was pretty, newly renovated, clean and comfortable. 15 min. walk to the train station and right next to a Vaporetto stop. We were four friends and were comfortable sharing the two double beds and two bathrooms. We enjoyed our stay very much and would be happy to come back.

We had a great 4-ni stay in this very nice, upscale, spacious apt located in the San Marco area. It is very close to the S. Angelo vaporetto dock, and also just steps away from a traghetto dock to cross to the S Palo area. The owners helped us arrange a water taxi to/from the train station to the S Angelo dock, which is a nice way to arrive/depart if you want to avoid a potentially crowded water bus w/suitcases. The apt is an easy walk to Piazza S Marco and the Doge’s Palace. And it is close to Ponte dell’Academia to get to Dorsoduro. In the US, we would call this type of home a “split level”; one bedroom on the main level, a 2nd bedroom down a few stairs, and a 3rd that is a few steps up. The 2 bathrooms are located near the lower and upper bedrooms. There is a small elevator to get to the apt from ground level (helpful with suitcases). The beds were comfortable and large, the bathrooms are modern and well-equipped, the kitchen and living area, also quite nice. Highly recommended!

Great apartment in a handy spot, a short walk from the water bus stop so easy from the airport. Cannaregio has great restaurants away from the touristy central area. Bigger than expected, nice and quiet. Hosts were excellent. We’d stay again.

Emaculate spacious area that is close to everthing you want to see in Venice while providing an easy to find quiet retreat from the hustle and bustle below. Cose to several great restaurants and the kitchen had all the amenities for preparing meals when we didn't want to eat out. Host was extremely responsive and helpful.

Ursula was one of the best hosts yet! She was quick to respond with ideas for activities in Venice as well as apartment questions. The apartment was perfect- clean, tidy, TV with streaming access, tiny kitchen, comfy beds, and a great bathroom! The location was great as it was 7 minute walk to the train station- so a good place to save money per night if you’re willing to spend 1.5 euro for the train to Venice. Otherwise, staying in the main island of Venice is probably best. However, Ursula’s hospitality, generosity with check in/check out times, and clean apartment makes her standout from others! We had a wonderful stay.

Great place and a great host. The location is great, overlooking a quiet square but very close to a commercial street with access to restaurants and coffee shops. 30 min walking to San Marco, 7-8 minutes to the closest Vaporetto station, 10 minutes form the train station. The place is spacious, 2 big bedrooms, a generous living room a big bathroom and a decent kitchen on the 1st floor. The second bathroom is at the second floor. To reach the living area you have to climb 2 flights of stairs(one quite narrow) so be mindful of that if you have health issues. You should know that inside Venice there is a 21 degrees Celsius standard room temperature. It can get a little cold at night(we visited in February) but the bed sheets are warm enough. Salvatore helped us feel comfortable.

Paola was very nice and very helpful with us. There were 10 of us and we had a great time since the house is beautiful, very complete and spacious. We had a beautiful New Year's Eve with friends and we'd love to come back. Thank you Paola for the flexibility in check-in time and availability to help us with the decorations. Highly recommended!

Absolute “white glove treatment” from Pamela! She met us at the train, only need to travel over 4 bridges (a mercy in Venice!) with large suitcases. She was even kind enough to help my elderly mother by carrying her lighter shoulder bag and walked slow to accommodate. As we walked, she gave us info on Venice at-large, but also local areas to the accommodation and the upcoming local San Martin holiday. The accommodation was nicest of all, and she showed us how it worked before leaving and letting us know she was only 10 minutes away if we had questions/needs. Only challenge: description is misleading, as we viewed pictures that showed 2 bedrooms and a living room; about a week ahead of check-in, Pamela informed us that one bedroom and the living space were the same space. We were already on holiday, so it was too late to re-book a space with much time that did not detract from our time already abroad (though she did suggest and allow when we realized—just too late for our travels).

I spent a weekend in this residence with my family from Friday to Sunday, but it deserves a longer stay. First of all, I must thank Marco for his hospitality, for his maximum availability and kindness. The place is fantastic and welcoming. The apartment is very clean, well equipped and quiet with various leisure possibilities. Great location to get to Venice and close to highway to other locations. If I have to enclose everything in a word, I would say excellent and highly recommended.

Our stay was great and I would highly recommend. Location was perfect and area was quiet. The stairs are a big steep so if you have mobility issues, then this would not be ideal for you. We would definately stay again.

We had a great stay at cozy house, the location was perfect for us as it’s right between the Giardini and Arsenale for the biennale. We arrived early and were allowed to leave our bags in the house and return later at check in which was so helpful. The kitchen was spotless and well stocked with essentials like oil, salt, and pepper. There were also some coffee pods and breakfast snacks for the first day. Each room also had an AC unit! The living area is slightly darker than we anticipated and unfortunately there was no tv but this was communicated to us prior and we were out exploring most of the time. Responsive hosts.

Very nice place, large, spacious and clean. Accurate to photos and description. Plenty of restaurants around. It should be noted that to reach the center of Venice it takes an average of 40-50 minutes of public transport with a bus stop next to the accommodation. Nicola is a very welcoming and available host.

Loved everything about it Old World charm exactly what we were looking for

Always responsive, super friendly and had the house prepared so nicely for us. There was complimentary coffee, snacks, water, Prosecco, etc. it was only a 5 min walk to the bus that took us straight to Venice. Thank you for the lovely stay!

The apartment was superb. I wish I could live there forever. We will be back soon for sure!!

Our stay at Daniela's was perfect. The accommodation is very close to the bus stop that leads to Venice, there are supermarkets and restaurants nearby. The apartmentis perfect for us we were 4 adults and two children, spacious and clean environments. Daniela has always been available with us in all our requests. We will see you again soon.

The accommodation is great, I recommend it, it is quite large, very clean, good bedding, good location, away from the crowds but also very close to lively streets Airport tip, for your transfer take the private company Alilaguna Blue, €15 per person per trip, you arrive very close to the apartment. Close to a Vaporetto stop to access the islands of Murano, Burano and Torcello, allow 1 day to visit the 3 islands

Very friendly and friendly host, I was waiting for us in the apartment to give us instructions and the keys. The apartment is located in the sector is quiet and safe. I would definitely rent again on this airbnb :)

We loved the location! The beds are comfortable, the sofa bed was made also comfy with an addional topper. Bed linen and matress are perfect. Two things to mention though: The apartment is not preheated. We had 18 °C on arrival and 21 °C on leaving the next morning. Sleeping in cold air is fine with me but taking a shower is not. The heating is done with 2 A/C units, both indoor and outdoor units are inside the apartment (the outdoor units in a cupboard on the wall). Therefore it's noisy but we could not turn off the devices as it was really cold.

Loris' place is incredibly comfortable, nice and pleasant. It has everything you need for a pleasant stay. Loris is in every detail. The area is quiet, little busy but still close to the most beautiful places. I recommend it 100%, I would definitely come back!

Five minute walk from Rialto Bridge and Water Transport Lines. Right in the middle of everything you could want. Inside you will fine comfortable beds and plenty of space. Great for up to 6 people. 2 bathrooms provide everything you could want. Next time in Venice I will definitely see if Andrea’s place is available!

Great location to visit Venise. Quiet place but a few minutes from Rialto bridge. Nice apartment with a lot of equipments. We had a great stay !!
