Great stay in Manitou Springs! Heather and Scott are really nice and easy to work with hosts. The house is beautiful and has everything you will need for your stay. The mattresses and linens were so comfortable!

Our stay was phenomenal! The home is charming with gorgeous views through each of the 3 decks and overall is so unique. The coziness inside was perfect and Jacquie was a great host, providing detailed instructions and excellent communication. My partner and I plan on returning to this Airbnb, it was everything we could have imagined for a cozy cabin during our Colorado stay! 😊

Beautiful place. We had the two flats and the main downstairs rooms which was perfect. Great design for us. Manitou is lovely but very quiet in the evenings.

My group of 4 had a fantastic stay! enjoyed the neighborhood it was located in. The shops and spots we wanted to visit were not too far away.

We love Matthew’s place so much we came back for our second stay pretty soon after our first stay! Matthew is a great host and the property is everything you could want in a mountain cabin getaway. It’s beautiful, peaceful, the hot tub is perfect, the kitchen has everything you could need and the bed is comfortable. Thanks again to Matthew for being a great host and sharing his beautiful property!

This older cottage is very cute, clean and comfortable. Loved the Colorado themed and cow decor. Very nice little updated kitchen that leads right to the fenced backyard, a plus for privacy. The washer/dryer in the home was very helpful. The off-street designated parking space near the backyard gate is perfect. The only four star rating was for the location, the front of the house faces a busy street. This is only a personal preference; it was quiet at night so absolutely no problem and many would love that you can walk across the street to several dining options! Hosts were always responsive and helpful. Precisely at the time of check out a snow storm was in full force. After checking with the cleaning crew, they gave a bit more time at check-out. This was much appreciated and very helpful!

The host was very communicative and did not leave any room for unanswered questions. Our stay was great thanks to him and the beautiful property. Would love to book here again.

This home was fantastic. Rachel was wonderful to communicate with, very happy, friendly, and quick to respond. The house was relatively close to everything we wanted to do, like Manitou and the Garden of the Gods and especially close to the Olympic Museum. The house well passed our expectations and we plan on booking here again in the future.
