Holiday rentals in Canterbury

This apartment opening out onto the beautiful Kaikoura Bay was fantastic. We awoke to a beautiful sunrise both mornings from our bedroom. The apartment was Immaculately presented with attention to detail in all aspects. It boasts quality fittings, towels, linen etc. Proximity to the local picture theater allowed me to nip next door to watch 'Tina' which I thoroughly loved. Walking distance to restraunts. Very, very good value for money.

This is a lovely Airbnb in a seaside suburb of Christchurch. It worked well for a night for my family - there’s an epic playground and library nearby.

Loved our stay here, we will definitely be back when it’s time to visit again. So we’ll equipped for kids and had everything you’d ever need! I didn’t even need to pack the kids scooters as there was already some there!

Sandra and Daryn were so amazing! We were traveling for 24hrs to get to New Zealand and came in way before our check in, I had told them a week back to see if we could check in early and unfortunately someone was going to be checking out the day we were checking in so they couldn’t make any promises, but the day of they messaged us as soon as they got the place clean! We were able to check in 2 hours early and it was such a huge help! Any questions we had they answered right away. Also the actually stay was incredible! The views from the house were way nicer than we expected! 10/10 experience for sure!

A large new house with many bedrooms and bathrooms, well-maintained and clean. The house and the view are very beautiful. The central living room is spacious and comfortable. However, the house may be a bit far from the community, but this comes with privacy and peacefulness.

We enjoyed our stay at this home. It had everything we needed for our stay and was very comfortable for all the age range in our group. We could walk into the village to enjoy everything that Hanmer Springs has to offer. This was a most enjoyable stay. Thanks.

Our family had a great stay in Ally’s home, it’s cozy and clean, exactly the same as description. The kitchen is well equipped, we cooked our dinner by ourselves. The bed is the most comfortable in these travelling days and I had a great sleep. Really recommended !

Great private location out of town but only 25 mins drive into the city. Massive house, and nice and warm inside. The beach bar, and Scarborough Cafe are great spots nearby we loved on the beach for dinner, breakfast/ coffee
