We are close to Windansea Beach and restaurants. You’ll love my place because of the coziness, the location, location, location and the community. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families with mature children. This is a 1st floor end unit with lots of sun and a nice view. Free street parking. The hammock, lawn chairs, hot tub and BBQ are for community use including AirBnb guests. New kitchen and appliances with lots of amenities. Wifi is 90+mbps!

Please refer to Beach Paradise #1 and #3 for more dates and for bigger parties. Can book multiple rooms. This is a small cozy two bed room fully furnished living space with a bathroom, shower and kitchen with a living room. Five beds and a pullout couch that sleep up to eight people. The living room contains a comfy couch, coffee table, and smart tv. Included in the apartments are personal washer and dryers. Each bedroom contains its own tv and fan. Newly added A/C and heating!

Located within the heart of Pacific Beach. It is a short walk to popular restaurants and grocery, a bike ride to the beach, and central to all San Diego's major attractions. Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). We are close to many amenities such as Legoland, SD Animal Park, Wave Waterpark, beaches and much more. We are within walking distance to shopping and a few restaurants as well. Our community features a large swimming pool, spa, fire pits, BBQ areas, putting green, gym, community room with large screen TV and many walking trails that go through out the Shadowridge area.
