WOW, what a totally relaxing and enjoyable stay we had! My husband and I were looking for a cabin getaway for my birthday. Our must-haves were: a hot tub, a well-stocked kitchen to cook in and a wood-burning fireplace! This cozy cabin had it all! And the best part? The river was visible from the hot tub! Not to mention the amazing sheer rock views from the hot tub as well. We cooked Italian food, made pizza, had champagne in the hot tub and sat in front of the fire reading our books for hours on end! Brandon was a wonderful host; quick to respond to our requests and very accomodating. We will DEFINITELY be back to stay here. It really was one of our best Air bnb experiences!

It was very cold when we were there and Carolyn’s place was a cozy and comfortable place to be. Since it was so cold, we didn’t spend time in the screen porch, but it was very nice. The kitchen was well-stocked and Carolyn left milk, bread and eggs for our use. Since my schedule is quite variable, an extra bonus was the cancellation policy. I didn’t need to use it, but it was something that was important to me. I highly recommend Carolyn’s place!

This home was fabulous. We had 3 couples just wanting to get away to the mountains for a few days. The weather was cold so the den fireplace was our favorite place to gather. We did not cook, but could tell that the kitchen was very well stocked. I would highly recommend this house for couples like us , but it would also be a fantastic place to bring my family. Amy , our host, was great and always available with our questions. We will be back!

Staying here was great! We had such a great time staying at the cabin which was super peaceful & felt like home! The animals were so awesome to wake up to & my kiddo loved them. Paul is so nice & super helpful!

The host was extremely responsive, which made the whole experience smooth! The place was very nice and the heat worked incredibly well, which was a lifesaver with temperatures dipping into the negatives. I would recommend being cautious with the map directions, as it takes you to the wrong house. Instead of relying on the map, pay close attention to the specific house numbers to ensure you find the right place. There are only two parking spots available outside the house, so if you have multiple guests with cars they’ll need to park down the street. Just something to keep in mind when planning your stay. Overall it was a great experience!

this was our second stay at Gregg and Cindi's place and it was awesome. we got to see so many deer out of the back door and the location so close to the park and downtown can't be beat. the house is decorated so nicely and the amenities in there have me convinced theyve thought of everything!

Excellent location and communication. Plenty of space for our group to spread out and enjoy Fort Collins.
