The space was not only beautiful but also extremely comfortable and thoughtfully designed to meet every need. I can’t wait to return and will be recommending this place to everyone I know. Very responsive, plesant home very comfortable

Great location. Very close to the city, but at the same time the whole of Batumi is in the palm of your hand. We rented a house for New Year's Eve. The best view of the fireworks was guaranteed. The plot itself is surrounded by greenery, which ensures privacy. Neighbors are somewhere in the distance. Quiet and peaceful place. The house is warm and clean. Hot water, hair dryer, towels. Cooking utensils. Sleeping space upstairs. Downstairs, the sofa is also unfolding. It's possible to park nearby. In general, there's nothing to be mad at. Very comfortable, civil, cozy.

We stayed for two nights. The host was very cooperative and responsive. She communicates with English which was good. there was minor notice which is the drainage plumbing in the shower room was very slow which resulted in a pool of water in the bathroom

It was a lovely house with everything necessary. The description fully corresponds with the reality. The house and the garden were clean even though it was winter. Ideal to discover Kakhetian countryside not far from Tbilisi. Lika was a really friendly host who responded promptly. The terrain is well-secured for kids and pets.

If you plan to stay by the black sea in Georgia, Cottage Petra is one of the best choices. You can reach the beach within a 10-minute walk. Kohbuleti is nearby for restaurants etc. The cottage itself is super nice and comfortable, with all the comforts. You can cook well and eat on the balcony with beautiful views over the black sea. In the garden, you can also have a BBQ. The host and his family are very accommodating and kind. In short, a very unique and beautiful place.

We spent an unforgettable New Year in this house - beautiful views of the mountains and Batumi, a citrus garden under the windows. The silence is perfect, and the views from the bedrooms at night and in the morning can leave no one indifferent. The house is small, only four people can sleep. There were more of us, some people came from Batumi and returned to the city in the evening. Very convenient area for BBQ. Clean, everything you need is there. The owner of the house lives nearby, always available, very caring and friendly. I recommend this place for family or friendly relaxation.

Awesome and cozy place with the view to mountains and beautiful pink sun rise. I liked the fact how compact it was, it really made it more engaging with all your travel companions. And the host was amazing! When ski lifts had a delay, she notified us with all the updates, when out clothes got dirty from all the mountain activities, she even washed them - amazing! Kitchen was nice, had a cozy breakfast and dinner with wine evert day. During our rest days we just chilled in the cabin and did some local hikes around the cabin. 5/5 place if you want good value place and spend some time with your mates.

Amazing place. Definitely will be visiting again. The host is really nice and the house is really good will fully equipped kitchen. There is place for BBQ and a fireplace in the living room as well.

It was our second summer vacation in Shekvetili (but first in the Ana’s cottage). There are some changes if compare with the first visit a lot of new buildings, much more people etc but it’s still great place to relax near the sea. In terms of the cottage, it’s really nice and well equipped. There are staff for a beach that is a huge plus. In general our family enjoyed the time spent in the cottage except one thing which I’d prefer to keep between us (hopefully you find a way how to avoid it in the future 🙃) So, thank you Ana for hosting us in your cottage during our vacation and especially for the early checkin

We had difficulties finding the house and we didn’t receive clear instructions how to get there. But after we managed to get there we had a nice stay in the cottage. The interior is very minimalist and definitely not suitable for cold weather but during summer it was very cosy, peaceful and relaxing. You have maximum privacy because it’s very hidden. It’s still very central and just a short walk into Mestia center. Paatas family lives in the house next door so you can always pass by with questions. Some of the family members speak English and they were always trying to help if we had issues. The cottage is probably most suitable for local people and people who speak Georgian but we had a great time in Mestia and really enjoyed the beautiful landscapes.

Very nice location. a bit tricky to reach, so make sure you know the way (search for "KvishKhedi" on G00gle Maps). The cabin is equipt with everything you need. The terrace is great, also is the view. If you like hiking, it's a great starting location, too. Hiking up to the monastery was our highlight. Koditskaro lake is also worth a visit!

Ilona is an excellent host! My stay was extremely comfortable and whenever I required assistance, Illona was quick to help. The room itself was clean and the garden outside was beautiful. The location of the BnB is wonderful as well -- right next to the Sameba and just a few mins walk from the Avlabari Metro. I highly recommend this Airbnb for anyone traveling to Tbilisi :) P.S. thank you for the watermelon, Ilona 🍉

The place was worth every penny paid. The host was very helpful and responsive in every way (within the house needs and for outside activities) Very comfortable and cozy house specially in the winter seasonal holidays. Thumbs up for this place!
