The appartment is so nice and clean, the owner is very responsive and helpful. Highly recommended. If there’s a chance to go back again in Georgia definitely we will stay again in this appartment.

We were lucky to find this wonderful apartment! Traveled with two families: four adults and three kids. Everyone is perfectly accommodated, the sea is a 10-minute walk, the center is also a 15-minute walk! The apartment itself is very beautiful, equipped with taste and soul! A large kitchen - a dining room, a large balcony - a godsend, we spent evenings here! Many thanks to the friendly hosts! We'll come again!

This apartment is amazing! It’s incredibly cozy, especially thanks to the abundance of plants that create a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The balcony is a gem – a perfect spot to relax and enjoy your time. The host is super responsive and helpful, making communication easy and enjoyable. Everything was perfectly organized. The only small downside is that the apartment is on the 6th floor with no elevator, so if you have a lot of luggage, be prepared for a bit of a workout. But honestly, it’s totally worth it – I would highly recommend staying here!

Nikoloz is a good host. He is very polite and communicative person. There was nothing about Nikoloz that might have confused or concerned us during our vacation.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The apartment is located in a very nice modern building in immediate proximity to public transport stations (bus, underground) and a big shopping center. The host is a true sample of high-standard hospitality. The apartment had everything we needed and even more from tasty sweets and coffee to dental kits in the bathroom. The interior design is super cosy with multiple cute details (pictures, memorabilia items) Wi-fi worked well. The level of cleanliness is superb, bedsheets -good quality. The lights panel in the living room is a masterpiece!! We felt very welcome and taken care of really well.

3 of us stayed for a longer stay whilst studying and it suited us really well. Good location, accessible yet the dead end gave a sense of privacy. Lovely host who was always quick to respond (also the stray cats are extremely sweet)💞

We really enjoyed our stay here! Plenty of room for our 4 adults & 2 children. It was very clean & had most everything we needed. The host was very responsive whenever we had questions. The only thing we were disappointed in was there is no oven & we had planned to bake Christmas cookies with the kids.

We really enjoyed our stay over there. It’s not so far away from downtown. Kids loved to play in a yard and there is playground right in front of the house. The taxi is really cheap to go anywhere. 5 minutes to walk for food or groceries stores. Apartment is really clean and we felt like we are staying home.

The apartment was fantastic! The location is incredibly convenient, with plenty of restaurants and cafes within walking distance, making it easy to enjoy a variety of cuisines. I especially recommend Salty for coffee. One of the highlights is its proximity to Park Mziuri, just a 9-minute walk away. The park is perfect for a leisurely stroll or some outdoor relaxation. The apartment itself was clean, well-maintained, and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. I highly recommend this place!

It was a great experience, I wish I would have booked this stay earlier. Mariam instantly responded on my booking (despite short notice) to help us check in. She was also helpful throughout the stay and wanted to make sure we were accommodated. The apartment was better than expected. Extremely clean and well equipped which was very important for me since I have some allergies. The neighborhood was also better than I expected, you have shops downstairs and only 20-25 minutes with car to the city center.

Tamar and her husband are the lost lovely and welcoming hosts, made us feel right at home and comfortable. They explained everything we needed with local recommendations. The place was beautiful and personal and great for our family for our stay. Was warm in the winter and all the ammenities we needed. We walked everywhere and saw so many amazing things close to our stay. Restaurants, play areas for the kids, and iconic must sees. Tamara exceeded super host for us, the warmest and kindest people. So grateful to have them as our hosts for this stay.

Our stay was good overall, and this is probably the best rental apartment so far. The best thing about this place is the location, with everything being within a short walkable distance. Things to keep in mind: - the host won't share her phone number for emergency, which is kind of unusual, I must say - one of the two showers leaks, flooding the floor, it's best to not use it at all - if you find yourself renting this place around Christmas time, be prepared for the LOUDEST music coming from the street between 9 a.m. and 11 p.m., which can be heard even with the windows closed (you can't even concentrate at all at times) - the Internet connection is quite sluggish sometimes, this is common for the area
