Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Cedar Rapids

Kanku's home was wonderful! We were in town for our daughter's wedding, and it was only five minutes away from the venue. It was easy to get to the highway to go to other parts of the city as well. The house itself was spacious and perfectly clean. The kitchen was well appointed with plenty of dishes and glasses. The bedrooms were comfortable, and the bathrooms had plenty of towels. We couldn't have asked for a better place to gather our family for a joyous occasion!

This might be the cleanest place we have ever stayed. Great location! my only complaint is you could hear the kids running upstairs early in the morning. If we are ever back in Iowa City we will stay again.

We really enjoy staying here. Parking was easy right behind the house. It was very comfortable great shower and tub. It was very quiet and calm and one of our favorite place to stay.

Really cool private place to stay and relax. My friend and I used the space for a short girls trip. We loved doing some crafting in the space, sitting by the fire outside, and we even did a little karaoke with portable mics we brought. It was a nice way to unplug without really roughing it 😉. As soon as we got there I knew we’d have to plan another trip out once it gets warmer.

We were all so happy with Boyson House. It was close to our event that weekend and to my daughter's house. The space had just what we needed! I was so pleased to have the very large fenced in area for my dog to run free! I wasn't expecting that size of a fenced in area. She got some good exercise there. I also appreciated the laundry room area just as we entered so Cricket could feel like she was a part of what we were doing without being under our feet. Her crate fit well in there - so much space. The beds were comfortable and it was so nice to have different areas to sit and chat. I recommend this place!

We have stayed several times in various units in Richard and Tim's property. The location works well for us. Richard and Tim are very attentive and accommodating.

I stayed for 2 nights for work and had some downtime while there. the house is very cute, mere minutes to walk to great coffee shops and restaurants. Hosts were proactive, responsive, kind, and helpful. Would stay here again!

We absolutely loved Pyle Inn! It had so much room for our entire group to spread out and lots of areas to lounge! Plenty of beds for us as well! So much natural light in the house with all the windows. Walking distance to downtown Marion we loved Uptown Snug for coffee, so much within walking distance. While we didn’t utilize the backyard it was huge as well as the basement! We loved that there were 3 garage spaced and that we could utilize them as well as street parking! Would highly reccomend to any families or girls trip! Space was perfect. Katie was also very responsive to any questions we had!

Great hosts, very responsive and accommodating to us booking for a same day reservation. Would stay again!
