A newly renovated apartment, plumbing renovation done in a building, completed in July 2019. Bathroom new. Not in the city center. Large glazed balcony, parking space in the yard. 3rd floor corner apartment, linens included. In addition, a sofa/sofa and a plush couch in the living room. Finest spot in Jyväskylä, brand new appartment, lake view, reasonable price, 600m from the center, car parking. What more can you ask. Building was finished in the summer 2017 and is in a truly amazing spot in front of lake Lutakko. Calm neighborhood just a walking distance from the city, where you can enjoy all the great stuff Jyväskylä has to offer. Lutakko also hosts the many businesses that are located in Jyväskylä. Grocery store is just close by and technopolis business center.
