Family-friendly holiday rentals in Central Jakarta City

Place was very clean, comfortable and all in all a good place to stay. Abit far from airport but very helpful that its connected to a very big mall. Very likely to return to stay with them again!!

Super nice and responsive during our stay. Definitely would recommend the place for everyone who comes to Jakarta. Absolutely fantastic stay in, this is awesome flat - spacious and perfect location. It was spotlessly clean and had everything you could possibly need.

Cozy and comfortable apartment at a good location. The interior design feels nice and modern, the WiFi is very good. The apartment building has a pool and a basic fitness center. The only issue I had is the small bedroom has a lot of noise/vibrations from the outside AC fan, this could be an issue for sensitive people. But the large bedroom is very good.

Host is friendly and proactive in resolving any issues. Checkin was flexible, and I appreciated that host was able to greet in person. Great central location. Neighborhood is not quite pedestrian friendly, but there is very covenient access to Grand Indonesia and Plaza. There is also a convenient pickup/dropoff spot in the lobby for calling a ride. Internet is very fast and stable, and the place is clean and furnished with everything you need (even water dispenser and ironing board!). Gym and pool were bigger and better than I expected. Room is located very high (30+ floors) so the road noise is minimal, but the early morning prayer calls may bother some. Overall I enjoyed my stay in Jakarta and strongly recommend Agnes’s place!

Was happy staying in Kurnia’s place. Equipped with everything you need. Kurnia communicated very well and fast. Checkin and checkout very easy.

Our family had a wonderful stay at Rumah Komering! From the moment we arrived, the service was outstanding. The in-house staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, always ready to assist with anything we needed. Whole unit was spotless, and the housekeeping did an excellent job. The overall ambience of the unit was very pleasant and relaxing, making our stay even more enjoyable. Thanks to our host for clear instructions. Overall, we were very happy with our experience and would definitely recommend Rumah Komering to anyone looking for a great place to stay. We would love to come back again!

Big space and super clean place, the location also good because connect to garden, all is worth the price. but maybe not suitable if bring baby or for house party because the neighborhood is want peaceful and bit annoy with noisy. overall, theresia is really a good host and i'll recommend her place to my friends. Great place, clean and affordable

It’s really nice place to stay for a couple, the location is strategic in the middle of crowdedness of Jakarta.

Menteng Park is really strategic place to stay..Brand new apartement, clean and if u wanna quite time with family n friends u are in the perfect place!

Lidya is a great, friendly host and her apartment is quite comfortable for someone who likes to live inside a big mall with lots of restaurants. No early morning or late night mosque sounds can be heard in this unit. The view was a bit better than expected too.

We stayed at kak Lidwina’s place for an entire week, and she was very helpful and responsive whenever we needed help. The place was clean, spacious, with a lot of amenities. Definitely would stay here again the next time we visit Jakarta 😊

Nice value for money. it was so clean and I didn't see any bugs during my stay. quiet and calm atmosphere with its hidden amazing view. I enjoyed my trip here during the high rainy season of Jakarta.

Kak Yulia’s place has a view to the JIS (Jakarta International Stadium) its adorable. Spacious and clean rooms, wifi works great, air con working properly. Owner is friendly and responsive. Recommended to stay for an event at JIS 👍🏼
