Super nice and responsive during our stay. Definitely would recommend the place for everyone who comes to Jakarta. Absolutely fantastic stay in, this is awesome flat - spacious and perfect location. It was spotlessly clean and had everything you could possibly need.

Cozy and comfortable apartment at a good location. The interior design feels nice and modern, the WiFi is very good. The apartment building has a pool and a basic fitness center. The only issue I had is the small bedroom has a lot of noise/vibrations from the outside AC fan, this could be an issue for sensitive people. But the large bedroom is very good.

Refki’s place was a comfortable stay. He was quick to address any concerns. Highly recommend

This is the epitome of a five star stay. Everything exceeded expectations, from the first moment to the last everything was wonderful. Spacious apartment, clean, comfortable beds, good lighting, amazing views. A kind and responsive host. If I ever wanted to live in Jakarta, this is the place I would want to buy. Everything from the television to the refrigerator to the elevator was noteworthy. The apartment much more spacious than anticipated and the balcony, quite large… with breathtaking views of central Jakarta and beyond. Direct access to the mall is just icing on the cake. Of course I’m going to return, and I encourage anyone reading this review to book this unit if it’s available. I give it 6/5 stars

I really like that place, stayed here for the 3rd time. Apartment has perfect size for 1-2 persons. The building has a big rooftop area in 7 floor... and is in the city center. You have small Indomaret and a cafe for working in the condo. Only the gym is not so well equipped, but didn't stopped me from staying for couple of weeks. Jan is always responsive. btw. drinking water is provided. :)

Was happy staying in Kurnia’s place. Equipped with everything you need. Kurnia communicated very well and fast. Checkin and checkout very easy.

Since there are several bathrooms and sophisticated furniture, we could have a comfortable stay here. Additionally, this house has an alternative power supply, so we could remain comfortable even during a power outage.

always love to visit Mrs. Hilma place: peaceful and inspiring. perfect getaway to have a personal retreat, to find oneself again in the busy daily life. and the location surrounding give you time to wander, to find coffee shop and culinary, from street food like tongseng in Cipete street to lovely cafe like Levant Boulangerie.... really look forward to spending time at your place. thank you very much for your hospitality!!

Big space and super clean place, the location also good because connect to garden, all is worth the price. but maybe not suitable if bring baby or for house party because the neighborhood is want peaceful and bit annoy with noisy. overall, theresia is really a good host and i'll recommend her place to my friends. Great place, clean and affordable

We had a pleasant stay at Mirza’s place. Very strategic location, so it made us easier to reach 2-3 places in one day but still could come back before rush hour, also there is a mall under the apartment with lots of cafes and mini markets. Mirza is a nice host and very responsive.

Menteng Park is really strategic place to stay..Brand new apartement, clean and if u wanna quite time with family n friends u are in the perfect place!

Lidya is a great, friendly host and her apartment is quite comfortable for someone who likes to live inside a big mall with lots of restaurants. No early morning or late night mosque sounds can be heard in this unit. The view was a bit better than expected too.

We stayed at kak Lidwina’s place for an entire week, and she was very helpful and responsive whenever we needed help. The place was clean, spacious, with a lot of amenities. Definitely would stay here again the next time we visit Jakarta 😊

Great place to stay, the owner is very fast respond and very responsible. Minor feedback, the AC in the main bedroom needs to be maintained because its less cold than it’s supposed to be. Overall, good experience to stay here.

Kak Yulia’s place has a view to the JIS (Jakarta International Stadium) its adorable. Spacious and clean rooms, wifi works great, air con working properly. Owner is friendly and responsive. Recommended to stay for an event at JIS 👍🏼
