Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Central Java

the location is still very close to the city center (YK station, jogja monument, malioboro), not quiet, but the atmosphere around the house is still quiet. there is a warmindo across the villa, after exiting the villa directly to pass by. the villa is quite complete and comfortable to visit, there is a stove, washing machine, clothesline, iron, hair dryer. towels, body lotion, shampoo & soap, toothbrush, water heater works well, air conditioning is cold, and cleaned 2x for the entire villa. it is also provided complimentary in the form of tea, coffee, instant noodles, and light cakes. the host is fast respond, friendly, & clear providing information for check in & out. def recommended.

Ibu Wuri as a homestay keeper is very friendly and helpful, fast response, give many recommendations for places, this homestay is worth every penny!

Feels like in my own home. Pretty decorated. 2 big beds with additional floor mattresses. I like the back yard. And there is a guitar too! Superb!

The place was clean and spacious for 7 of us, the location is best if you wanna just rest and have a good time with friends or family. Great place to stay with a big family members. Complete kitchen utensils, clean bathroom and bedroom. Host was very responsive and solutive. Definitely reccomended.

I absolutely loved my stay in this charming studio, beautifully adorned with a Japanese-style decor that really made the space feel special. The room was wonderfully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay—from an abundance of towels to a full set of cooking ware and plenty of storage options for clothes. The air conditioning was impressively quiet, and the bed was just perfect, making it truly feel like a home away from home. Maria was a fantastic host, always ready to help and quick to respond. Teddy is a good host, really accessible and quick to reply to any queries. That the tenant is responsible for the cleaning was not completely clear to us at first, but Teddy quickly arranged a cleaning lady for a small fee. The amenities are good, and the top floor pool is top. There is a lovely Mall nearby where you can eat and shop well.

This was our 3rd time here. Locations couldn't be better. Perfect place if you want to stay in the middle of Kota Lama and explore it. Highly recommended

Great place to stay, even though the building kind of old but Wijaya's place is super modern. All utensils are available and immediately felt right at home once you enter it. If you love art you'll love this place, as it is super artsy. The location is located in a very good neighborhood with lots of stores around it.

the place is very comfortable, everything is available, there is a convenience store downstairs, a swimming pool, a gym, free parking for those who bring vehicles, the mattress is very good until it's curious to use what brand is 🤣 aesthetic minimalist, the owner is responsive to the problem ✨✨✨

We had a very good stay at this Airbnb! The place was perfectly equipped with everything we needed— a fully stocked kitchen, all the essentials for the bathroom, and even an extra table, making it super convenient. Nothing was missing! Communication with the host was seamless; they were always available and easy to reach. The location was great, with easy scooter access to all amenities and the best spots in Yogyakarta. The building itself has a swimming pool and gym, the access is included in the stay. We enjoyed our time here and would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Yogyakarta!

Peaceful surroundings. The location is perfect as it is near to everywhere. The unit's size is ok, not too small, not too big. For studio sized apartment, it is sufficient for 2 guests. The only minus was the jet shower leaked.
