Villa holiday rentals in Central Java

We had a great experience staying here during the Ied holiday with our big family! The place was spacious and comfortable, perfect for gathering and relaxing. The kids were especially happy playing in the pool—it became their favorite spot throughout the trip. The location is also fantastic, with many great restaurants and cafes within walking distance. The bathroom was clean and well-maintained, and the kitchen was fully stocked with utensils and cookware. Overall, it was a pleasant stay—definitely a place we’d love to consider as an option for our next family trip!

It has nice facilities. The neighbourhood is friendly. If you are looking for clean air, no noise and air pollutant, it is the right place to be. The host and inn keeper is very helpful and fast response.

Me and my friends stayed here for 2 nights and A-house provide us with a very comfortable place to stay. All of the rooms were clean and cold with an additional of AC, although its kinda hot on the family room because the ceiling fan was broken. Overall, we had a pleasant stay on this villa, and also thanks for the warm hospitality. Cheers!

Please bring your own towel and toiletries, they don't supply it although it was listed in Airbnb. We do have to spend almost 1 million rupiah to buy towel for 12 people. The host did said the room can be occupied for 12 people max, but I think 8 people is appropriate, due to 4 people do need to sleep on the sofa and pullout mattress. 8 pax is just nice. Please expect to deal with insect everywhere because it is a place that surrounded by nature- we have NO problem. The place is exactly as advertised in the picture. A bit of Bali private house vibe. - It was a very cool hidden gems. The house keeper is very responsive and friendly. During our stay there were 1 or 2 blackout, but they said it's common. And it's actually was not a big issue. And it happened on the day light. So we make the best of it and just jump in the pool. Very very very Recommended. But just please bring your own towel. Again VERY VERY VERY RECOMMENDED

Although it is quite far from the city center, but I think it is easy access from the big road. If it's from the adisucipto airport it's very close to the front exactly. Parking is a bit tight for those who bring a car, but enough to keep 1 car. The villa is quite comfortable and it would be best if done deep clean in certain parts. But the villa is cleaned every day. The mas who took care of us was very helpful. The facilities are quite complete for 7 of us, can do laundry and eat at the villa. Near the villa there is a mosque you can pray Friday easily. It turns out that it's not too dark because it's near the housing. The pool is enough for children to play and clean every day. Overall the price is quite cheap for this quite large villa.

A stunning and very relaxing Airbnb with a very helpful and friendly host! The breakfast each morning was always different, always delicious, and hand delivered by Rian! What a great place to rest and relax. Would highly recommend to those wanting to stay in a quieter location just outside the bigger city.

It was a wonderful stay at Hilma's accommodation. My husband and I went to Jogja for our honeymoon. He is a foreigner, and he thought that Hilma's place was a great representation of Jogjakarta—peaceful, traditional, and antique. We had access to all the facilities in the house, and it was extremely spacious for just the two of us. We could cook our own meals, enjoy the pool before sunset, and relax in the tranquility of the terrace. There were a lot of rooms, but Hilma only opened one for us, and it was also very spacious. Both of us really loved the bed—it was incredibly comfortable. 👌 The only thing that made my husband uncomfortable was the cicak 🦎. So, if you're also a foreigner, be prepared—it's nearly impossible to get rid of a cicak in an Indonesian household. 😅 Shoutout to Pak Juki! He was really helpful during our stay. The best part is that he respected the guests' privacy—he stayed at his post and never entered the house without permission.

Stayed at Uni's place for year-end holiday with my team. It was definitely our best decision. We had a batik workshop and also held our 2024 business review at such a cozy space, gave us a good memories ending this year. The cleanliness of the house was also top notch! And the cleaner himself was very helpful.

Sarah's place is superb. Nothing to complain. Crews are very helpful and responsive. Definitely will be back again.

As seen in the photos, the atmosphere is very peaceful & cozy, the property is beautiful & well maintained, everything is well organized, the pool water is not too cold so the kids can swim in the morning, the view from the backyard is amazing, you can enjoy sunrise in the morning and cityline at night, thanks to the owner who gave us cakes upon check out which we can enjoy on the way back, a nice personal touch, overall we are very satisfied and will come back again another time, a very suitable place for those who want a calm atmosphere in Jogja with a reasonable distance from the city center...

Overall is a nice home for my kids and my elderly… Will be come back for more

This villa is great for traveller who want to escape from busy city life. Its very calm and natural. You can see great scenery of merapi mountain from the villa. The hospitality from nino's family is the best, thank you for welcoming us. They give us voucher for the next stay. Hope we can meet again someday.

Perfect place to take a breathtaking!! The place is very quiet and peaceful, the view is amazing plus its built next to a river so you can hear the calming noise of the current while youre relaxing there. Even my son can focus and finishing his assignments there! The house is really clean, the bed is so comfy (we fell asleep as soon as we arrived to the place) :D. We also like the design of the house, the mixture of modern and traditional design makes the place look unique and also familiar at the same time. The house also has a lot of entertainment like books, DVDs, and instruments that keeps you entertained there. Mrs Puji is really a friendly person and easy to communicate with. Also the breakfast that Mrs Puji prepared for us in every day of our stay was very delicious, the fruits were also fresh and sweet. Overall i really recommend this place and the next time we visit we'll stay here. Thank you, Mrs. Puji !!
