Hidden Gem truly captures the essence of this place! Tucked away off the beaten path, it's right next to the hosts' home, offering a peaceful view of a pasture with friendly cattle you can feed. The unit was spotless, fully stocked with all the essentials, and featured the softest sheets and thickest towels. We were there for a spring wedding, but the weather unexpectedly turned cold. I reached out to ask if I could borrow a blanket, and Carrie and Vic went above and beyond, providing us with extra blankets and wraps that were total lifesavers! While the property itself was beautiful, it was the warm hospitality and kindness of the hosts that really made our stay unforgettable. Highly recommend this place if you're in the area!

I cannot recommend this spot enough. First of all, Jean was incredibly kind and made the entire process seamless. The property itself is warm, charming, clean, cozy, and anything else that falls under a relaxing cabin weekend. Great for couples but even for small families and a individual trip, I will be back to experience all. 11 out of 10.

Our family had an amazing stay at Jessica’s place! It was peaceful, clean, and had plenty of activities to keep the kids entertained. They loved playing disc golf, the basketball hoop, and enjoying the fire pit in the evenings. The setting was perfect for a relaxing getaway. We would definitely stay here again!

Todd was very nice and responsive when I messaged him. We loved the place. We had a family gathering and it was perfect for the family. It has a wonderful view. The hot tub was our favorite part. I would recommend this place if you need a getaway. :)

It was extremely Peaceful and just what we needed. Everything was as described and my favorite kind of place. Sloan was extremely responsive and helpful and even came out at our request to help us and got us a Keurig from the other cabin to use. I would definitely stay here again

We stayed at Davids home on 130 acres in Boerne, TX, and it was incredible. The views are absolutely stunning—some of the prettiest in Texas—and you can explore the whole property. It feels totally private and peaceful, but it’s just a short drive to town, which is super convenient. The house itself is cozy with a cool, laid-back vibe, and the hot tub was a huge bonus—especially at night under the stars. We spent hours walking the land, watching sunsets, and just soaking in the quiet. It’s the perfect spot to unwind, reconnect with nature, and enjoy Hill Country at its best. Highly recommend! We will be back

This place is great for a romantic getaway or a family vacation. Children would enjoy the chickens and goats roaming around as well as seeing cattle and horses. The house has plenty of room for three couples and more. All was very clean and spacious. This is a country place and not a lot of places to eat....but the kitchen invites one to cook!

We had a great time at the ranch. Beautiful views and property. We rented the utv and spent a day feeding the animals and exploring the ranch my kids had a blast . Everyone we meet at the ranch were very helpful and friendly. Great experience!

Truly the best mini vacation with my kids ever!! From the moment we arrived it was an epic adventure! We were greeted by our hosts Patrick and Krystal along with their baby lamb Sparky, whom we got to bottle feed :) From getting fresh eggs from the chicken coop for breakfast, horse back riding, fishing, riding ATV’s around the property and feeding all of the animals. From brushing baby calves, lots of sweet farm pups, making s’mores, the fire pit, the beautiful star lit nights.. it was all just magical. We were even invited to help out with a few farming chores… which was so awesome! My kids and I enjoyed every moment and were so sad to leave. The rooms are spotless and very tastefully decorated! The best walk in shower with perfect temps and water pressure to wash off the outdoors. We felt like family and we will definitely be back ASAP! The hosts and their staff are just amazing! Beautiful little cabin, had a great time exploring all of that Wimberley has to offer. Would definitely recommend to anyone wanting a nice relaxing getaway.

Maria is a wonderful host with a beautiful property! The cabin we stayed in was so lovely. We got to enjoy a lovely herd of deer grazing less than 50 feet away every night and morning. Even got to see a few curious yet photogenic foxes as well! This was such an awesome experience and felt like we were staying with family. Also, HEB is right down the street for all your needs! Beautiful scenery all around, and not too far from nearby towns / cities! Thank you for hosting!

Lovely place! So glad we found this cute little gem to stay at. It was super charming and they had two friendly donkeys on the property. I loved that! We were in town for a country music festival and this was seriously the perfect place to stay at. Not too far of a drive from town either. There were four of us and there was plenty of room for all of us even with just one bathroom. Very peaceful and I loved all the sounds of nature especially in the evening sitting on the screened in porch. 10 out of 10 would stay here again!

This ranch was an absolute gem. We hosted a church men's retreat and it checked every single box we needed. The Prescott family has really gone above and beyond to share a great spot with others who can enjoy it as well. Every indoor and outdoor space is thoughtful and well constructed. We certainly are eager to come back and enjoy it again. Thank you for hosting us! One thing to note is that the pond is dry and there were no fish at the time of this review so keep that in mind if that is a big priority. We ended up fishing at Blanco State Park which is only about 5 minutes up the road.
