Hotel holiday rentals in Chiang Mai

We had the family room which was comfortable. You share bathroom but due to small scale It is almost private. The host is super nice and sweet!

Totally incredible place to stay. I would give 6 stars! It is just fifteen minutes to the city by Grab and they are so easy to use here. Plus they deliver easily. Anthony and Bambi were very helpful and accommodating. They always gave good advice about what to do and where to eat. The room was perfect, comfortable, luxurious, and very new. It came with all the amenities including free tea and coffee. There was a lot of space, and everything worked perfectly. I especially appreciate that the apartment had a real European kitchen great for preparing a meal, rather than a kitchen corner like some of those cheaper places. A home away from home.

Our stay at Central was great, it’s close to many restaurants and sites. We were upgraded to a big family room for free and the A/C was adequate. Check in was super easy in the restaurant downstairs. Only complaint is that the entire bathroom floor was very slippery.

The place smelled a bit of furniture, but not a problem. There was no elevator. The first night it was raining, there was water dripping on the floor. When I reported it, the staff came in to mop the floor.

Once again I was welcomed "home" as part of the family. Everybody was very friendly and helpful as usual. Met a few other long-stayers and made new friends. I will be returning as soon as possible and would like to thank the family for their wonderful hospitality yet again.

Great place, exactly as pictured or even better, very quiet, the room is very tidy, the environment is quiet, I will choose here next time I come to Chiang Mai.

The service is super. The atmosphere is cozy and relaxed. There was always helpful staff at the reception. We can recommend GORD Chiangmai (= hugged Chiangmai) as a family.

Lovely clean apartment. In a very good location, the staff were lovely and friendly and the breakfast was very nice. Would definitely recommend:)

This is one of the best places I have ever stayed. The location is brilliant, just outside the old city. It is still very quiet. The best part is the staff. they were so accommodating, gave great advice, and were always friendly and professional. This will be my regular place to stay when I visit Chiang Mai. I can't wait to come back.

The house is even prettier and more whimsical in person than the photos can show. Every nook and cranny is beautifully decorated, brimming with charm and personality. The kids had an amazing time exploring the house and playing in the pool. Everything was spotless and well-maintained, including the stunning bathrooms. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful, and the on-site housekeepers were always available when needed. The location in Mae Rim is fantastic, with a beautiful cafe/restaurant just a short walk away where you can dine by a lovely river. The area also offers plenty of other attractions, along with great cafes and restaurants. We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect stay! It was a very special and memorable experience for our family!

Perfect location very close to the old town square. A laundromat and a 7/11 at the end of the street, super convenient! Perfect location for pickups of excursions or bolt taxis. A day market where we eat very well at 3’, restaurant and massage salon following. A very peaceful temple just behind the apartments. Very welcoming. Quiet and private place to recover from the hustle and bustle of chiang may town. A pleasure. Super responsiveness from First for everything we may have needed.

Nice room, bed was comfortable. Jacuzzi tub worked well. Pool area was nice. Great service and attentive hotel staff.

I slept in the dorm for the first time, and the room was cozy and quiet, so I slept really well. Instead, it's good not to go in too late at night. It's dark, so it's uncomfortable to walk around ~

Staying at Sunnot’s home was a lovely place to call home while we were traveling. Walking distance to the Jin Jai market which he suggested to us and was amazing, yet also secluded enough that it was quiet and peaceful to relax and rest after long days out exploring. The best sleep I’ve had my whole trip in Thailand. Comfortable bed and room, beautiful serene garden space. I got into an accident while traveling and Sunnot was helpful with which hospital to go to. I really appreciated this. Would definitely stay again.

We really enjoyed staying at this AirBnB. Communication was easy and very friendly. The AirBnB is very clean and looks like in the photos. Since everything was a bit decorated in the “like at home” style, you felt right at home. During the day you can hear the planes take off or land, but it's quiet at night. We will be happy to come back!
