Jiw is an exceptional host! She is lively, thoughtful, and made the check-in process incredibly smooth and flexible. She even went the extra mile to arrange a car to pick us up from the station, which was such a thoughtful and helpful gesture. Her recommendations for local restaurants were fantastic, and thanks to her advice and assistance, we were able to arrange a car for our family of seven. This made our trip to MaeKampong completely hassle-free, and the pricing was fair, with no extra charges. I highly recommend staying at her place and would definitely go back jn the future!

Really enjoyed our stay! House is very new, clean and furnished with a lot of taste, everything worked well including ACs. The host was very responsive and keen to help. The area is generally easy to get around assuming you have a car available. Can highly recommend staying here!

We had a wonderful stay at Suratda’s place in Chiang Mai! The house provided everything we needed, making us feel right at home. A highlight was the rooftop pool, which we enjoyed during our stay. The location is a bit outside the city, offering a peaceful and quiet atmosphere—exactly what we prefer. If you’re looking for a relaxing stay away from the hustle and bustle, this is the perfect place. We highly recommend this accommodation and would definitely come back!

Nimit House 7 was an absolutely lovely stay. The rooms were comfortable, and it’s an easy walk right across the canal to old town. We adored the private yard and balcony. We also really appreciated the easy availability of a filtered water tap with cold pitchers in the fridge. As with many places in the area, I would recommend purchasing a little mosquito spray if you tend to be sensitive to them! There’s a convenience store right around the corner where you can get that and anything else you may need. Nook Cafe right on the corner is a great little place for breakfast and coffee, and there’s a dispensary on this street too if that’s your thing. Overall this home was so very comfortable and beautiful. Thanks so much to Jane for a wonderful place to stay in during our time in Chiang Mai!

The apartment is in "like new" condition and spacious, immaculately clean with a well-equipped kitchen and bathrooms, and everything (appliances, AC, showers & toilets, etc.) in good working order. Great views front and back and lots of light. Ideal location in the center of the Chiang Mai Old City, close to everything, but very quiet at night. There are many, many good restaurants, massage spas, coffee shops, temples, trendy shops, etc. within easy walking distance. The host Ing is incredibly responsive, replying within minutes to every message with helpful information and assistance. Highly recommended!

Very well communication

We loved our stay at Geoff and Yumi’s place. The apartment itself is spacious, clean, tastefully furnished, and equipped with all of the amenities we needed - including incredibly fast internet. We’re already missing having breakfast on “the bridge” surrounded by the bougainvillea each morning. The local neighbourhood was perfect for us: peaceful, un-touristy, yet everything you needed was either a short walk or cycle away. The free to use mountain bikes were a fun way to explore the area with lots of local eateries and cafes to try! Geoff and Yumi were wonderful hosts- always available with helpful advice and great recommendations and, not to forget, their lovely cat, Misty, who would often pop by for some fuss. All in all, we had an amazing stay and can’t wait to come back! Thank you so much to you both.

Mameaw's place was truly exceptional! From the moment we arrived, we felt incredibly welcomed. The apartment was spotless, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything we could possibly need. The apartment is located very close to the mall, which was incredibly convenient. The complex also boasts amazing amenities, including a gym, multiple pools, a co-working space, fast internet, and so much more. Mameaw was an incredibly thoughtful host. She always responded promptly to any questions. We highly recommend staying at Mameaw's place – it's a fantastic option for anyone looking for a comfortable, stylish, and unforgettable experience. We would give 6 stars if we could!!!

I like the accommodation. Last year, it was noisy because it was under construction, but it's quiet and nice now. Grab taxis are good for people, so it's good for locals. If you go back to the back, it's good because it's a bar. I've been to all the surrounding buildings as if there are no facilities like this for long-term residents, and this is the latest. The owner also communicates well, and the view is the best in the room, and the view is good. Good

The apartment owned by Mam is very nice, spacious and comfortable, in a good location, although in the downtown area, it is quiet to sleep at night. Only the living room and bathroom were not very clean when I arrived on the first day. Even with the opportunity, I would stay again. I recommend this apartment!

I had a really good stay for a month:) There is a Central Festival on foot, so it is easy to live No matter what you call Grab Bolt, it's fixed right away, so it's not difficult to move around. Water delivery is possible, and the main pool is sunny, so it's not too cold to swim in December. I like that the sunlight in the accommodation is so good the whole time. As a southern-facing accommodation, you can see the main pool from the veranda. The interior is the same accommodation as the photos, and there are rice cookers and dryers. Kitchen utensils are also provided, but the pots and pans look old and difficult to use. I bought and used two frying pans and a cutting board knife, etc. There was no place to put my shoes, so I bought a rack and left it. There are a few cleaning tools, and they provide about 6 large towels and small towels, but the laundry is dry, so you can use it enough for 2 people. However, if you are sensitive, please bring extra. The owner of the accommodation was very kind, and I want to use it again if I have a chance next time.

This was a very nice accommodation, walkable with a tour place in the first floor. (Ask for Pat at the tour guide place he was amazing) very nice cafe in the lobby and a nail salon. The house itself was very cute. One thing I will mention is the bathroom had a mildew smell with some areas that definitely could be scrubbed to reduce the mildew smell. But other than that the space was amazing, ac , soft bed , cute kitchen , nice balcony. She also provided a guide book with a bunch of recommendations and taxi help if needed. I would definitely recommend this place as Natasa was an amazing host. I will definitely be back should I go back to chiang mai. It truly was a home away from home💜💜💜

Very nice condo with good location, close to night market 10 mins, and old town 20mins, lots of restaurants nearby. Dao is a five star host always responsive and helpful, condo is very clean and have nice view, will come back again

It was a little far from the main street, but it's walkable and there are restaurants and really good places to eat nearby. The accommodation was very spacious and tidy, and the sunlight was good. It was spacious and comfortable, so I rested well enough, and it was really nice that you checked me in early. I'm going again.

The location of the house is very good, just a small alley in Ningman Road, the alley is not deep, and there are security guards at the gate of the community, so don't worry about safety, and a cat and cat will always be at the neighborhood gate!The house is clean, stocked with a lot of spare supplies, beds, sofas, and other supplies are very comfortable. The TV is smart and you can also choose to lie on the bed and watch Netflix, and it is quiet at night.The host is very welcoming, the relevant information will be communicated with simple, efficient text, communication is very smooth, I would like to choose this house again if I come to Chiang Mai ~ Recommended!!
