A nice, clean, tidy house and just what we needed as a family, the place is perfect because everything is close to us, highly recommended.

The place is great! We felt right at home, we didn't miss anything - Gianna and Brian thought of everything and provided all the necessary information in advance. They were always available and very friendly. Each of the bedrooms leads to the pool - a really nice haven to relax in. 100% referral. :)

I think the most outstanding feature when I compare to other properties in Mérida wAs the layout in terms of privacy for three couples (or small families). It was a very spacious and pretty space and was a lovely place to return to after our adventures, both inside and outside of Mérida You will have to walk a little bit to get to the main action, but we were up for that and wanted to be in a neighborhood. Eduardo and Fabiola were very responsive.

I had a wonderful six-night stay at Casa del Árbol. The house is a beautiful combination of historic architecture and modern amenities. Lovingly restored and tastefully decorated with many personal touches, it has huge common areas spread over multiple rooms, exceptionally comfortable and private bedrooms, its own pool and second-floor terrace. Jérôme was an incredible host. He responded instantly to any questions. He was easily reachable and always in touch with incredible local and authentic recommendations. Gastronomy, sightseeing even birding ! This truly felt like concierge service or staying at the home of a local friend. Thank you Jérôme, merci, gracias.

Very pleasant our stay, less than 100 steps away is an Oxxo, the beaches are very nice, the house is very comfortable and some very good mattresses for sleeping, Juan was always very attentive to us.

The apartment was clean and has everything you need for a long term stay, and Nicte even provided a table lamp and a pitcher for water. Also we had a cleaning free of charge during our stay what was extremely nice! Wi-Fi is really good. The location is peaceful but about 35-40 minutes walk to the center (although there is a bus stop near the house or you can take an Uber). Nicte and her father were very helpful and responsive, they even gave us recommendations which cenotes to visit. Recommend this place!

Excellent place, nice, spacious, comfortable.

Miguel’s place provided everything we needed, quick to respond to anything that required attention. 45 min walk to grocery or quick 10 minute bus ride. The location has a lovely pool that we took advantage daily.

Miguel’s place was just like pictured. Building was clean and getting around was easy. He was friendly and quick to respond to questions. Would stay again!

Home away from home! Our stay was spacious, clean, and equipped with everything we needed. Convenient location and seamless check-in made it a perfect choice for a comfortable getaway. Its walkable to all, like restaurants and especially the beach. The host response to all questions and very friendly.

It's beautiful depa, with the basics for a good stay for a long time. The area is very quiet and, according to the opinion of the local people, of the safest in Mérida. There are several restaurants and shops nearby, although it is a little removed from downtown two blocks away it is possible to take a truck that takes you there in half an hour.

We had an amazing stay at Elena's condo! The place is clean, great location and had everything you need to call it "home" for your stay. Washer and dryer in the unit is a bonus! The pool is great and they look after it daily. Elena was very prompt with her replies and was always available or had someone available if you have any questions or need anything Thank you Elena for a great stay and positive experience! We would definitely recommend and be back!!

We chose this place for our 2 month stay and felt at home right away. The area is peaceful and family friendly. Carolina and the apartment building staff were so kind and welcoming. We have many happy memories to carry with us. I hope we can return some day.

Can’t say enough about how great Kurt & Lyn’s place is, they are perfect hosts. So nice to have chairs to take to the beach, (which is a 2 minute walk away), bicycles to use, a nice size pool to swim in, comfy chairs for happy hour & of course a great pickle ball court to use. The king size bed was extremely comfortable. Nice to have a full size fridge & washing machine in the apartment too. Thank you so much Kurt & Lyn for making our first stay in Progreso a good one, we will be back!

Apartment was as described. The people at the Condominio were very nice. We didn't use the pool. We liked it so much that we extended it by 2 nights. The area is quiet. To the beach we always drove to playa chuburná (about 30 min by car). Apartment can be recommended
