Air conditioning in the living room and bedroom, Jacuzzi, wifi, new and large refrigerator, washing machine, 3 separate bedrooms, in a very central place in terms of location. Everything necessary in the house and kitchen is available. There is no parking problem. It is a calm, quiet and very safe place with no noise at all. It is close to the city center and the freeway. Within walking distance, there are shops in the immediate vicinity where you can meet all your needs until late at night.
