It's a good house with 4 rooms to live in. Quiet outside and near to Rochdale center, convenient enough to the stores and supermarkets. While there are some minor stains in the kitchen when arrived, but not impacts on the experience. We come through some issues during the living, but were sorted very soon. This house should be recommended.

Stayed with a group of friends - was fantastic, the gaming room, the pool, the garden/bbq areas, freshly cut football pitch. Only issue was one of the wifi routers didn’t work, but we worked around it.

Delanie couldn’t have been more helpful. We arrived to an amazing welcome hamper and balloons for my sister in laws 30th. The house was lovely. The bar and pool area were just wow!! We spent the whole day by the the pool Saturday. It was lovely and warm and so relaxing. Thank you for a wonderful stay x

Visited Lower Gill Farmhouse as part of my mum's 70th Birthday celebrations. 12 of us ranging in age from 5 to 75! All rooms were a great size, was excellent having 3 en-suite rooms along with a very large main bathroom and a downstairs toilet. The Kitchen was lovely, everything we needed and more - might have been nice to have tea/coffee and a little milk left for when we arrived after a long drive but luckily our tesco delivery arrived early so this wasn't too much of a problem. The living room had 3 good size sofas so we could all relax in front of the log burner. We made full use of the pool, games room, football pitch and tennis courts - a great addition especially for the kids and 4 hours allocation each day was perfect. Our dogs had a ball too - lots of places for them to run and play. Even in January we managed to spend lots of time outside and the little stream at the back of the cottaqe was wonderful. Great response from our host too, even though she was on holiday herself.

Michael was an amazing host. The place had everything we needed and it was a perfect staycation. We definitely will recommend this place and hopefully come back soon! Thanks Mike!

Highly recommend a 2 night stay here. There is so was much to do and it was so enjoyable - we had a group of 10 people ranging from 30 to 1 year old and we all had so much fun! From swimming all day to playing on the football pitch and tennis court - it was truly never ending fun especially for the kids. The cottage was lovely, very nice and clean and everything needed was already there. It is abit far from local shops so definitely something to keep in mind but other than that it was a great stay. Host is very helpful!

Had a few days break here over Easter. The accommodation was spotlessly clean and in a fantastic quiet location. Would definitely stay here again.

Lovely house, comfy beds, well equipped kitchen and modern bathrooms. Few minutes walk to Main Street where there are multiple pubs, cafes, restaurants and quirky independent shops. Excellent communication in the days before from the hosts regarding all aspects of our stay. Thank you from us all for a lovely stay in Haworth 😊

I would definitely recommend John’s place for a visit to Hebden Bridge! Conveniently close to the train station, the house is in peaceful surroundings with beautiful views. The place is very spacious. Kitchen was spotless, beds were really comfortable, and John left a kind welcome pack of breakfast ingredients, fruit and snacks. There’s also lots of useful info about the area, including walks, restaurants and pubs.

Me and some of my family stayed here, and it was such a beautiful experience! From having all the right essentials to the amazing cinema room - which was more than utilised - this place had everything we needed. We also had a slight mishap with the temperature on the hot tub which I messaged the hosts about. Even though it was across the bank holiday weekend, I received a prompt response and a set of instructions that did the job in fixing the temperature! The scenery is beautiful with lots of lovely walking routes. Complements to the hosts 😊

Absolutely loved our stay, was very homely and cosy stay. Super close to the centre, nice stroll down the hill and you’ll find some fantastic places to visit. We really enjoyed, Brew for amazing coffee, Journey Social for breakfast, Go Burrito for a quick evening meal and Williamson park for a lovely stroll in the sunshine to name a few. The kitchen was well stocked if eating in is for you, they even provided a slow cooker, mixer and toasty maker! Highly recommend staying here ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We had such a lovely week here! Within a day we were plotting our return. Karen's cottage is just gorgeous. Went with my other half and his parents and it was a perfect size for 4 (we then had a few days to ourselves after they left and great for 2 people as well). Wonderful views from the windows and from the front yard. It was a little cool for us to sit at the table outside but we did manage one lunch outside and in warmer weather it would be glorious both day and night. The house is clean, quiet, comfy beds, good shower, lovely decor, great woodburner, all mod cons needed in the kitchen, and really nicely done up. So ticks all boxes basically! The location is perfect - just 5 min walk to the little high street and the pubs (great pubs & great beer)and eateries there. Karen is great - super friendly and helpful - gave us lots of tips about the local area. And great to communicate with - replies within minutes. Def recommend and very much hope to return soon.

We’ve had a wonderful time staying at Adam’s property. It was so good our children didn’t want to leave. The perfect stay for a family, with all the facilities required. Adam was there to answer any questions, and has been a great host. Book this property for your stay you will not be disappointed!

Fabulous house, huge bedrooms, well equipped kitchen, very comfortable lounge. Beautifully decorated. We had a wonderful stay. Easy to find parking on the street outside. Country walks from the town, or short drives to the Tolkien Trail which is a fantastic 3 hour walk with a pub at the start and end. Highly recommended.

I'm not sure what to say that already hasn't. We have just had an absolutely lovely Easter weekend at Michelle and Johns wonderful cottage. The place is thoughtfully decorated throughout and has a very homely feeling to it. Everything was modern and spotlessly clean with thoughtful little touches like dog towels, grocery essentials and soaps. The location is very peaceful but find yourself a mere five minute walk to the centre of Marsden and all it has to offer. Having stayed at many Airbnb rentals, this is without doubt equally one of the best and would not hesitate to recommend to anyone considering staying. We will be returning to Marsden and hope we will be able to stay once again as it ticks all boxes. We didn't have the pleasure of meeting in person but Michelle and John's communication was so quick and could not have been more friendly and helpful.

A lovely clean and warm cottage only 15 minutes from Ilkley. Access a bit tricky unless you have a 4WD car which we had so no problem. The host kindly left wine, chocolate and fruit cake for us. The cottage is very spacious and easily can sleep 4 in 2 bedrooms.

We had a wonderful, peaceful stay while visiting the country for the first time. Great place to unwind after a busy day sightseeing and attending the local event that brought us to the area. Location was convenient and we found it very easy to get around by car. Amazing views to top it off.

Colin's place was perfect for our short break. It was immaculately presented. The bed was very comfortable and we had a good night's sleep. Colin was a wonderful host who was very responsive. The guidebook he provides was really thorough. Thanks Colin!

We really enjoyed our stay in Judith's place and in beautiful Haworth. The house was in a good location in a quiet area close to the centre of Haworth. it had everything we needed and was very comfortable for a short stay. We stayed at Easter and there was even an Easter Egg waiting for us. I'd definitely recommend if you're visiting Haworth

We felt at home. The house fits us well, with 5 bedrooms and 7 beds, great for family trips. It is a cosy nice home. Great kitchen, rooms and 2.5 bathrooms. Washer-dryer, heater, everything was great. We wish to come back again in the future. Heather was very attractive and responded quickly. We highly recommend this stay.
