Holiday rentals with beach access in Coconut Grove, Miami

Gabriel was great and attentive throughout the duration of my stay. The unit is advertised with two floors and a terrace patio leading you right into the beach. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to cook breakfast/dinner etc.. The washer and dryer are a plus. Checking into hotel at security and valet can be a hassle so I recommend calling valet about a half hour before to retrieve your car. The pool is very big and has a tiki bar steps from the pool offering food and drinks at a decent price. I will definitely be back here at Gabriel’s place.

Alfredo’s place was beautiful, inviting, and decorated well. We loved the area and its proximity to everything you need. Alfredo was very helpful and responsive. We had an issue on the first day, but Alfredo worked with us to resolve. Similar to one of the other guests, we also did have some trouble with the bedroom cable, but it didn’t dampen our stay as waking up in the morning and seeing the view from the balcony while having your coffee or doing some computer work was wonderful. We definitely would love to stay at Alfredo’s place again.

Very good option for enjoying Miami, Nearby services, good restaurants, good beach and very comfortable apartment.

Very nice view of the beach and ocean. Only issue we had was the water in the showers doesn’t stay at a steady temperature. Great place though.

We stayed here for a girls weekend and couldn’t have asked for a better place! The location was absolutely perfect, right across from the beach and close to restaurants and shops. Devin was great with communicating and the house looks just as described - even better than expected! There was a lot of space and had everything we needed. Would definitely come back here!

Beautiful location right on North Miami Beach. Very quiet, everything is within walking distance. The free Beach Trolley takes you right down to South Beach as well. Very secure building. Sunrise is breathtaking!!!

No complaints at all, would definitely recommend to anyone that wants to stay in the heart of Miami… look out the room window and see yachts across from the hotel going by was a nice touch as well, and a amazing host.

This area is in a nice neighborhood and you can walk to some restaurants and shops. Small lake was beautiful to view from the kitchen and back patio.

We really enjoyed our stay here! Everything was great and the hosts were so friendly. The house was perfect for my husband and I and our two toddlers and our baby. They put some ride on toddler toys outside for us on our second day which was so kind. We would stay here again!

I loved the place and its amenities, I really enjoyed sharing with my family the living room in the back with nature. very nice.

Do not hesitate to book Cloudya home it’s perfect. The villa is very spacious modern and clean and the pool area is fab. On our arrival we were left snacks and drinks which was a lovely touch :) Very close to shops and eateries also location for both Miami and fort Lauderdale. Would 100% come back here! Loved our stay! - 2 families with 3 children ages 12,11 & 8..

Lissette was very responsive with any and all concerns and went above and beyond to ensure that we were comfortable and had everything we needed. The property was spacious enough to host our entire group comfortably. We loved Little Havana and barely felt the need to go anywhere but Calle 8. The food was delicious and affordable. The bars and fun and the locals were so welcoming. We loved our time as Casa Azul!

Staying at Joe s place was simply amazing! My family and I enjoyed spending time in the beautiful backyard. House was super clean and we felt just at home. We strongly recommend his house…you won’t regret it. Joe is also very friendly and responsive. We will stay there again! Thank you Joe!

Love this place! We have stayed at many houses over the years but this was by far the best we have ever stayed at. It was so beautiful at night just relaxing in the pool/hot tub and hanging out outside! The kitchen was fully stocked and easy tp prepare food for our party right at home! I never wanted to leave! Miriam was so responsive to any of our needs, even giving us good restaurant suggestions! Beautiful home.

My family had the most wonderful stay at Villa Biscayne. Perfectly situated in a bird sanctuary, with peaceful tree lined streets to stroll down, a kid’s playground a block away, and very quiet. The house had everything we needed to cook, and make endless snacks. The hot tub and pool combo were fantastic for swims multiple times a day, no matter what temperature it was outside. Pari is a dream host, and even when an unforeseen issue occurred, she was great with communication and proactively corrected the situation. Our plan is to always contact Pari first regarding any Miami vacation in the future.

If you are looking for a good apartment, well equipped and comfortable to be with your family this is the one indicated... a host who is always attentive and well predisposed...

The apartment is exactly as described. This is a tremendous place to relax, recover and enjoy the sunny isles of Florida. Fernando and team were incredibly gracious and responsive. Would definitely stay there again (hopefully very soon)

An amazing stay. The place was very clean and a close car ride to the beach, bars, and restaurants. The place also had all of the amenities we needed and served us well. I would definitely recommend staying at this place to anyone in the future.

We had a very good stay at Eric's condo! We were very happy with the location and Eric was always easy to reach and resonded quickly to questions and issues. Everyone in the building and the Valet service were very helpful. We faced the bay and the sunsets were really beautiful. Traffic on Collins Ave is what it is, busy and a bit noisy at times, but it didn't bother us much because there were a lot of positives to compensate for that issue.

We had a wonderful stay at this condo! The space was clean, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The beautiful ocean view from the spacious balcony was a highlight, and the location couldn't have been better - perfect for easy access to everything nearby. The owner was incredibly helpful and made sure we had all the information we needed. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a relaxing getaway!

Great place 10/10 would choose Michael and his place again over anywhere else on Miami Beach

I am a fan of the Ocean Reserve. Daniel’s apartment stood out for the furniture, the amenities and the parking which is right in front of the building.

Every year we stay at least once here, and it is a dream every time! I cannot recommend enough!
