Beach house holiday rentals in Coconut Grove, Miami

The property was comfortable and well located near Hollywood beach. The walking directions (from Google) were kind of strange, but it was actually really close. The home, itself, had a lovely pool and homeowner was responsive and kind. Would stay again!

Mike's condo on Hallandale Beach was perfect for my group of three meeting for strategy planning off-site. The sunrises, water and beach views, and Space X launches were a daily delight. The 39th floor kept us well above the crowds and traffic on A1A far below. The layout has a central living space, open plan with the kitchen, yet three very private bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. The kitchen is well-equipped - you can certainly cook full course meals and enjoy being hosted at the gigantic island - which also provided a great place for us to complete a 1,500-piece puzzle. A wrap-around balcony offers different spots to catch the sun or shade. Multiple families could stay here without issue. The condo sits at the top of the full-fledged resort which gives access to rooftop pool, restaurant, bar, gym, spa, etc. and full services on a beautiful beach. The place comes with valet parking - we never used our car. Publix, 7-11, and restaurants are within walking distance. I hated to leave.

Had a wonderful stay! The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The host was very responsive and accommodating. Highly recommend for anyone visiting the area!

This house was amazing! The neighbor hood felt so safe and quiet. We had plenty of room in the house and never felt cramped. Rod is a great host and even let us check in early! Highly highly recommend!!

Yolanda's place was the perfect place for my nephew and his friends to celebrate his 21st birthday - Yolanda was very accommodating and allowed them to check in early and was super responsive to any questions we had.

We had a great week long stay at Anastasia’s place over New Years. The house looks like the photos and would be great for multiple couples since it has 4 bedrooms and three full bathrooms. The pool and rear yard was where we spent a lot of our time. A++++ for the pool temperature in January. You must go to Sunny’s and the Osteria for dinner (both are close by) and amazing. Location is on a busy road but you don’t really hear much traffic noise in the house. We did have a car so it was easy to get around. Would recommend this house for anyone coming to Miami.

Nathalie and Sandro’s place was amazing! It was a beautiful house with all of the amenities you would need. The kitchen was well stocked and the outdoor space was used every day! They keep the pool at a very pleasant temperature and the neighbourhood is very quiet and peaceful. We look forward to coming back in the future!

We had an amazing stay! The space was clean and super comfortable. We enjoyed the yard and grill and family movie night in the living area. 3 bathrooms was a huge plus, plenty of room for our family. This will be our go to in Miami!

The home was perfect for us to get some rest and sunshine. Veronica was very responsive and very helpful in ensuring our stay was excellent. The location was very convenient to the beach and everything the South Floridian coast has to offer. Hope to rebook again in the future!

Aaron was always very helpful and responsive. House was very nice, the kids loved the pool. We appreciated good cookware and items more like you would have at your own home, some Airbnbs are cheap with some things but we felt right at home.

Luisa and Justin’s bungalow was an absolute gem! The space was spotless, beautifully maintained, and incredibly comfortable. The private backyard, enclosed with lush foliage, made for a peaceful and relaxing retreat. We especially enjoyed the pool—it was the perfect spot to unwind. The thoughtful touches, like the great selection of coffee and tea, made our stay even more enjoyable. Communication was easy and fast. We would definitely stay here again—highly recommend!

Super communicative and friendly hosts. Surprisingly quiet street for being in a big city so expect a very peaceful sleep. Right around the corner (1 minute walk at most) is a small but extremely unique and pleasant outdoor retail space called Upper Buena Vista. There you'll find a few restaurants, a coffee shop, and other shops. We were there every day. The house is an older renovated building so there are some imperfections compared to a polished new building, but it was perfect for my family of five (two adults a three tweens/teens). Great location for getting anywhere in Miami by car. A car is needed for most things beyond Upper Buena Vista, although you could walk to the Design District (maybe 15 minute walk). Overall, a recommended place to stay in Miami. We'll be back!

Lauren’s house is beautiful, comfortable and very well located in Coconut Grove. It’s a two story spacious home that has different areas and spaces for the little ones as well as the big ones. It is fully equipped, kitchen, linens, patio, furniture, extra beds, etc. We stood for 17 nights and every day it passed we wanted to stay more and more. Lauren describes the house very precisely, it’s clean, floor is shinny and it welcomes you to hang around and share with your loved ones. I would definitely recommend to anyone, specially large Families.

Daniel's place was conveniently located to everything we wanted to do in Miami. We would book again!!

Casa Bay was the perfect escape for my husband and I from the Chicago winter. We loved the ample indoor space, parking out front, quiet neighborhood, secluded landscaped backyard for breakfast, washer and dryer for beach clothes, and the friendly company of Piltri, the cat. We were a 20 minute drive to North Beach, which we visited every day, and had several restaurants within walking distance, our favorite being Doggi's Arepa Bar. Rosario and her house keeper were extremely communicative, making the trip feels stress free form the moment we booked it. A few considerations for future guests: the main bed is on the firmer side, having a car is a must, and the sun comes up early so an eye mask can be useful. Thank you, Rosario, and we look forward to coming back again!
