I had read a lot of FB reviews prior to my trip and was unsure what I would find, but my sense is that your experience depends a lot on the condition of the room (and what building you are in). We found ours to be very good. The only obvious issue was the door (and lock) to the adjoining room wouldn't close, but I chose not to make an issue out of it. The room itself was clean/nice, and the view from the balcony was fantastic. Shower good, kitchen good. I was very grateful to be on the Sorrento tower as opposed to Tresor, as there were many complaints that again the elevator wasn't working or was working really slowly in Tresor. We needed blankets for the pullout (comfortable) & staff brought them very quickly. Other observations: the pool area and gym are great. Beach is great. Music at pool is at times loud but we never found it to be an issue. All the restaurants on premises are stupid expensive, and a bit of a drag. Surrounding area just ok, but overall we were very happy.

Amazing little flat super comfortable for 2! Loved the location and proximity to the beach, boardwalk, and restaurants! Been here twice and will continue to come back of and when our vacations take us to the east coast of FL!

Yolanda's place was the perfect place for my nephew and his friends to celebrate his 21st birthday - Yolanda was very accommodating and allowed them to check in early and was super responsive to any questions we had.

Bruna was an amazing host and I would absolutely stay there again! The place was spotless and felt like a paradise getaway. Thank you Bruna for your quick responses and help leading up to our stay. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay in Miami!

We had a great week long stay at Anastasia’s place over New Years. The house looks like the photos and would be great for multiple couples since it has 4 bedrooms and three full bathrooms. The pool and rear yard was where we spent a lot of our time. A++++ for the pool temperature in January. You must go to Sunny’s and the Osteria for dinner (both are close by) and amazing. Location is on a busy road but you don’t really hear much traffic noise in the house. We did have a car so it was easy to get around. Would recommend this house for anyone coming to Miami.

This was the perfect place for us! Plenty of room inside and outside. Clean, comfortable, and exactly as advertised. Gregory was friendly, helpful, and gave clear directions to help us get in. He also checked in on us a couple of times during our stay to make sure we didn't have any issues.

The home was perfect for us to get some rest and sunshine. Veronica was very responsive and very helpful in ensuring our stay was excellent. The location was very convenient to the beach and everything the South Floridian coast has to offer. Hope to rebook again in the future!

What a fantastic stay! The property was exactly as described, and my family and I enjoyed a memorable weekend getaway. We especially loved dining by the pool in the beautiful outdoor space. The host was very responsive, and the spacious, open floor plan really added to the experience. We’d definitely love to return!

Richard was AMAZING! He was so helpful and gave us everything we wanted and needed and was very communicative and clear! The location could've been more perfect for me and my 11 friends! We had the best time and wish we stayed longer! The house was 5 mins from the beach and store and amazing restaurants as well as ft. lauderdale and miami were super close! 10/10 thank you Richard 🫶🏼

I stayed here with 4 friends in March. The back patio and large couches were absolutely perfect for hanging out and sprawling. The decor was beautiful and I felt like a chic Miamian while staying there. The neighborhood was safe to walk around in and the cvs within walking distance was clutch. Luisa and Justin were delightful and responsive as well!

The Grove House is a perfect place to stay while visiting Miami and Coconut Grove. The location is very walkable to Grove restaurants, coffee, shops, parks, etc. The house is a 2-story townhouse with lots of open space and a large kitchen - plenty of room to relax. Parking was sufficient for us as we only had 1 car but there was space for 2 cars. The host is extremely responsive to any emails and easy to reach. The house was immaculate! I would absolutely stay there again.

We had an amazing stay! The location was absolutely perfect—close to everything we wanted to see and do in Miami. The home was very comfortable, spotless, and had all the amenities we needed to feel right at home. Our kids especially loved the pool—it was definitely a highlight of the trip and made for some unforgettable memories. A huge shoutout to our host, Anna—she was incredibly communicative, kind, and made everything so easy from start to finish. You can really tell she cares about her guests having a great experience. We would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Such a beautiful, spacious and stylish home in a lovely neighbourhood. The pool and garden is very private and peaceful. Rosario couldn’t have been more kind and helpful, providing us with excellent local restaurant and beach recommendations. Really lovely bakeries within walking distance for a morning coffee too. We can’t wait to return one day!
